Does anyone here do any work for Service Science? I've just been allocated my first jobs and i'm a tad confused about a couple of things so wouldn't mind PM'ing someone if you don't mind.

Feel like a newbie again :o

I have, ask away. PM if you must, but would prefer to discuss on main board (unless it names clients, of course).

Depends on the job type though as to whether I can help. I've only done one job for her, albeit a very expensive one that lasted several days if you get my drift.

I can confirm that Miss Qwerty is correct. I previously failed my test but just had a go on the "practice attempt" and failed. I was told I only had 1 try left. Concentrated a little more and passed on my second attempt! I'm now qualified! :D

Same happened to me! Did the practice one - got 6 wrong it showed me the 6 so I answered them again and it said I had passed.

Any know how long AmberArch take to get back to you if you are successful?

My darling OH treated me to lunch out and of course I missed the email! Got it when I got home and have applied for 1 job local to me but email says you won't know if you are unsuccesful. Don't wanna book something else in then find I got it a couple of days before!
A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Where does the time go?

Thanks Monkey. Just 1 little thing really coz the main question I had was job related - phoning to book an overnighter but not actually completing it - so I may have to phone them tomorrow anyway.

Mainly I was a bit stunned when I accepted 3 phone jobs and got back an email with 7 attachments, plus a fee claim form and a mystery customer agreement on top of that. I just wanted to make sure I understood it all right. So the completed Excel documents get mailed - I presume this is back to the co-ordinator? then the fee claim form is printed, signed and posted is that correct?

Not sure what you're saying in your first paragraph, but the second para sounds right to me! You do need to read and sign the shopper agreement contract too though.

No thats fine, the first para was a job specific question, so i'll call SS tomorrow and just clarify it with them.

Thanks for all your help. I thought i'd sussed it but all the little multicoloured attachments made me start second guessing myself and thinking that it was more complicated than it actually was. Time to lay off the wine I think!

    Really appreaciate it x

Miss Qwerty all the Excel documents get completed, saved and emailed back to them.

Print the fee claim form out, sign it, scan it and then email it back to them.
