Aha! See the email says "by april" and tells me to login and take the test, so logic would say that it should be available now! Grrr.0 -

Well the funny thing is, Saturday just gone I went to do the practice one, as it suggests in the mail, just so I can see what it was like. I wasn't really paying attention but got to the end and I got a message saying "You did not get all the questions right, only 1 try left"! (or something to that effect anyway). And there should be unlimited practices. So anyway, I did it again and it said I had passed.
So I have no idea if I've done the test or not, but it was showing as all orientation completed again and wouldn't let me click on the proper test button, so who knows? The briefing notes you have to read beforehand were dated 2010 too, so it was definitely this years one.0 -

I only passed the GAP burger test last week, but I got an email today saying I would need to re-certificate. :cool:0

Snap!! I did this and thought that was the new orientation done as well.0 -
I had to pay this too. Really annoying, but it did mean I had a few months contract free later on.
Would you like to come round and do my housework?? Please!0 -
I got another email a few days ago saying that the self allocation was working now. I applied for a job but it went to My applications as usual, then disappeared.
Tried again to allocate a job and this time it just disappeared, it's not in my Inbox and its not in My Applications. Anyone got a similar problem?
This happened to me last week and I lost 6 jobs. Spoke to Project manager at ESA and she said it was prob my mistake although I knew it wasn't. I was told "No glitches at our end"
Telephone them immediately or tomorrow and tell them this. It's obviously a problem at their end0 -

I think they need to be mystery shopped to make sure they're doing a good job. I'd be more than happy to fill out a 80 question report including comments on a reimbursement only basis for this one!
And taxi's, both private hire and Hackney.0 -
Sorry I now see what you both mean so with mine after the call you wait for an email quote to be sent out. Once you both have managed to clarify what you should be doing I would really appreciate a pm so I know in advance for my call next week. Thanks.
I've done one of the storage email quote jobs and what happened with mine was that I requested a quote through their website, but because they need more information than you can put in the quote request, they phone you to ask for more details before emailing the quote. HTH0
