Well you have my vote TessieP as I dd my first jobs for them at the weekend and have no idea how to raise the invoice.!

Hope that helps, also I read that you need to send a copy of receipt with it as well as uploading, thats how i read it anyway.

So I have no idea if I've done the test or not, but it was showing as all orientation completed again and wouldn't let me click on the proper test button, so who knows? The briefing notes you have to read beforehand were dated 2010 too, so it was definitely this years one.

I can confirm that Miss Qwerty is correct. I previously failed my test but just had a go on the "practice attempt" and failed. I was told I only had 1 try left. Concentrated a little more and passed on my second attempt! I'm now qualified!
