I completed the first one, report is in and I have had pay advice so is it ok for me to complete the one in April or should they have cancelled it? As said I have emailed them to find out but as I have not had a response I presume that means it is ok but wanted to check if anyone else has been in the same position and definitely got paid for the work. I also do not want to cancel it myself after the horrid email. Thanks again.

No, you won't be allowed to complete the April job. It should have been taken out of your account when the March job was assigned to you. It is likely that the April job won't be removed automatically: it will just sit there until someone removes it. A similar thing happened to me once (I didn't want to manually cancel the job, because I presumed this would have a negative effect on rep). I ended up sending innumerable emails. The email inbox isn't checked very often, so it seems pointless emailing if you want any sort of immediate action. I now usually ask the allocator to remove the job that is already scheduled before adding the urgent one to my account.

Thanks proshopper I have now sent in a more in depth email and will hope that I do get a response. If not I presume I will have to cancel but I had the email last week which was sent to many for being "unreliable" and I do not want to be deemed unreliable again for a system malfunction.

Also does anyone have a phone number for TNS for supermarket visits - I am searching the website for one but not found it as of yet. Normally when companies call me I store the numbers on the phone in case I ever have am emergency but now the AM's have gone I do not have any other numbers or emails stored. Thanks in advance.

To be able to book the curvy ladies you need to be a size 16 or over - visits will show for people this size up only, so if you don't see them you may be male:rotfl:or possibly a little too slim:) lucky you:)

Gissa few minutes and i'll pop over with me mop and feather-duster .

The company are gonna call back on Friday to request payment. Think i'll use the time and search others to see if I can get a contract without paying a deposit.

I stupidly thought i'd get a cheque back for £100 after 3 months . I take it from your post they credit the money to your account. Silly me :doh:.

I got another email a few days ago saying that the self allocation was working now. I applied for a job but it went to My applications as usual, then disappeared.

Tried again to allocate a job and this time it just disappeared, it's not in my Inbox and its not in My Applications. Anyone got a similar problem?

Has anyone else got the gyp burgers retest email? I posted a while back about the test already showing as completed from when I did it in July last year. Just wondered if it's a generic email, or whether I do need to get in touch with gyp as I can't seem to do the recertification.

The new test is apparantly going to be available from 1st April.
