Lol, er, because I could smell coffee when I was weeing.:D:p:o0 -
I was shocked at the price of Slimfast so use Tesco Ultra Slim. The raspberry bars are nice and the shakes are ok. 3 for £2 for the shakes and they are working. I'm having less than 1200 calories a day and have lost half a stone in 4 weeks. I'm not huge (maybe a stone overweight) so I would expect the weight loss to be quicker with someone with more to lose. I have lost the taste for greasy food and chocolate now and feel really sick after cheating so am hoping for another half a stone in the next month. I have a shake or a bar for breakfast, Ryvita and tuna or low fat Philadelphia for lunch and a huge salad on an evening with some chicken or fish. I think if I did two meal replacements I'd do better but I'm not that disciplined really.0

When its on offer it is an easy, cheap quick meal. I use it 1 or 2 days a week for maintenance almost every week. It is not a con if used as part of a normal balanced diet. Even a full price slimfast shake is cheaper and more satisfying than a bought sandwich! I think you should give the original poster the benefit of the doubt, she might be using it as part of good lifestyle to maintain her weight. I can vouch that it works!0 -

Not only does it work that way but the longer you use it the less ability you have to eat a large meal. I'm struggling to get my daily calories about 1000 now because I have a much smaller appetite. That's the main reason I use meal replacements like Slimfast. It helps you to change your lifestyle because the longer you diet the less you are able to eat. I'm full after half a shake now. I use it as a discipline aid - if I'm full I won't snack because I just can't do it.0 -
