Any Cheap SLIM FAST??

They had Slimfast bars in Home Bargains today for either 19p or 29p, can't remember which, sorry, don't know much else about them as I don't eat them.

I too hate people being rude when I ask a simple question, but to give those posters their due; I didn't actually think they were being rude but they were giving advice that wasn't asked for.

You could say they were being rude for not minding their own business but maybe they were just trying to be helpful giving another perspective. Done politely, why not! It's down to how you say it. Not so easy with email (emoticons help:T)

BTW. I used to use slimfast and thinking of using it again. Never new about Tesco own brand so maybe give that a try first.

They are 19p each and although I said I don't eat them (luckily I only have about 7lb to lose to feel more comfortable), I do now.

They are absolutely moreish!

I bought the Heavenly Chocolate ones which taste fantastic, well worth trying these even if you don't want to go on a diet.

QD's are doing the ready made packs of 6 for £3.99 & the tins for the same & there is also slimfast at Boots on offer as mentioned above! I am doing slim fast as is my OH, Ive lost 29lbs so far! I love the slimfast diet and the shakes are nutritonally balanced.

i have lost a stone in ten days on slimfast.have tried slimming world but am not a big meat eater for red and the green doesnt seem to work for me.i needed a kickstart as i have lots to lose.the shake fills me up,then three snacks.slimfast chocs are gorgeous,the one with nuts in,yum.the meal replacement bars are like polystyrene though i find.you can have other snacks.i just found the alpen light bars,70 cals .2 boxes for £3.gorgeous.and the carrot cake by weight watchers is nice.i find it easy to stick to as am not cooking like on slimming world and temptation to eat more.just shake and banana in the morning,shake mid afternoon and a nice evening meal.and am a picker so love the 3 one hundred cal snacks.will gradually phase it out when have lost three stone.cant exercise due to health at min so difficult.just remember.little pickers wear bigger knickers.lol. i can vouch for that.......

i have lost over a stone on slim fast in the last few weeks, but this time i done something different than my usual eating pattern and the weight just fell off, i had 1 shake for breakfast , anything i wanted for lunch(even pizza, pasta etc) and then for dinner i had another slim fast shake and the weight has just fell off, i think it is because previously the heavy evening meal was just sticking to me

Don't think anyone has posted this yet but I was in wilkinsons today and all the slim fast products are half price. 6 pack of shakes is £3 odd. They also have the snack bars and powders, snack bars are nice but the powders I find don't taste very nice at all, prefer the ready made shakes.

Thanks will be trying slim fast to replace one of my meals as I cant get slimming world to work for me now too many carbs when your veggie for me.
