 optimum levels sleep/luv/food are - Sherduck = 50/70/32, Hono 32/50/70, Rotten 32/70/50, Jenny 70/32/50, Brucelee 70/50/32
Its very dedicated to read that people have been getting up in the night to luv their ducks, but i prefer sleep so i set a macro to top up the three levels back to the optimum values every 10 minutes.
So within a few minutes of setting off around the world I was swimming at 125-126 and remained at that speed all the way round the world (except for 3-4 hours when a pop-up window appeared and blocked play, but even then it didnt go below 100)
You'd expect this duck to end up in first place but strangely it took over 6 days to complete the journey. The point i'm making is that glitches dont always work in your favour!
And there is absolutely no way that you can legitimately have a winning average of 124 if you have only topped up 70 times.
The minimum possible time that the race can be won is 4 days 23 hours and 25 minutes.
The values drop every 10 minutes so to genuinely achieve that speed you would need to have cared for your duck 716 times.
Anybody that claims differently, is either a cheat (like me) or a liar.
I'm not a cheat or a liar, and I KNOW differently.
Your values are slightly off. Like I said, it's 30/50/70.
The reason why you can top up less is glaringly obvious. I also know why your time didn't match with your speed, it's not a bug, but a feature of how the game works (it's quite badly designed).0

think my duck had emigrated to oz-not had a post card since!0

You can acheive a time less than 4 days, 23 hours and 25 minutes, that's the aim of the game, to get your duck around the world in the shortest time possible. Obviously you can achieve a time less than that otherwise the competition would be pointless if that's the max time you can get your duck around the world! I reckon you can do it in 4 day's. There is ways without cheating or glitches, there are several ways to play the game.
Just because you have thinked you have worked everything out doesn't mean you're right. You could be absolutely wrong and I reckon you are.0

            * I meant the shortest time 0 0

My duck came 3544 so well done the 3543 above me lol:j It doesn't get any better than this :j0

 No, you can't.
By your own admission your duck has never gone faster than 126. That is the fastest the duck can go.
Therefore the fastest time, by definition, is 4 days, 23 hours, 2minutes, and 51 seconds. It's not pointless because the game is to get as close to that as possible, and you can't actually even get that time for a couple of reasons, mainly there is a delay between your distance being worked out and it being updated, so any time between that your duck is essentially not moving, so the more updates the slower the duck as there's more time you spend updating, so more time that doesn't add to your distance.
If your duck travels further than going at 126knots allows, then it's a bug, and your time will not count.
It's that simple. There's no "there's more than one way to play the game" there isn't. You set the stats, the duck swims, and the speed you do works out the distance covered.
If you have an oh so different way of playing that somehow manages to teleport your duck around the world, then please share it.0

Do you work for O2? You seem to know quite a lot about the competition LOL!
Having no sleep in over 4 day's is how you teleport your duck around the world in the fastest time 0 0

ok my mistake i missed out the decimal point, it was meant to read 4 days 23 hours and 2.5 minutes
 well done jodester :-)
and louiek07, ok you might be able to do it in 4 days 20 hours but you cant do it legitimately in that time.
and who says they have to tell you if you're disqualified?
if you havent been disqualified then you would be at the top of the leader board, so i reckon you have either been trying to use cheat engine, or a program similar... or maybe you were just lucky and the game had a glitch which lost you two and a half thousand miles in which case you can hold your hands up and honestly say "nothing to do with me". either way it looks like your disqualified.
o2 should execise their right under section 20 of the t+c to either cancel the entire competition or iron out all their glitches and then run it again. That's what I told them in an email earlier today.
I also let them know that if o2 do award a prize to anybody whos time, speed and number of "cared for's" dont equate, then i'm simply going to send it all down to trading standards along with copies of the data sheets and let ts give o2 some !!!!!! instead.
They should either dq all the cheats or none at all!0

The cared fors and times on the leaderboard all add up perfectly.
I can do under 5 days in 42 top ups no problem without any sort of cheat. Getting o2 to accept that time however is proving somewhat challenging.0
