Yes I printed it off and that was part of what I sent them. I wanted them to see I had the evidence... although at the time I only printed it off to show my daughter as I was so chuffed. I didn't think she would believe me and expected to be knocked off the leaderboard by an even faster duck as there was so much time to go. Little did I realise it would become evidence! Did you print yours?

    Well with the evidence you should have a very good case :). Yep I print screened all of mine and sent them the evidence, so we both should have a good case :). What time did you complete the race in?
  • there have been sooo many problems with this comp, glitches, cheating, people finding "more than one way to play the game", teleporting ducks around the world, children sulking, pensioners complaining blah blah blah... that i think in the end they'll just void the whole thing just as they are within their rights to do

    by the way, if anybody wants to race just one last duck but cant get past the home page, well here's the link that you need

    By the sounds of things me thinks :rotfl::rotfl:(heads are gonna role) at O2 and they're potentially facing a lot of bad publicity. I think you guys who were in the running to win have taken it really well - I'd have taken legal advice by now x

  • Hi this is Nick from O2, thanks for all your feedback on the Quacky Races game.

    We’d like to say sorry to those of you who have been affected by a technical glitch on the leaderboard caused by a bug in the system. The glitch has led to inaccurate reporting of some duck mileage, and caused some ducks to achieve a faster time than should have been possible. We thank you for your patience whilst we have been conducting a thorough investigation into the problem. It’s now been fixed and in the interest of fair play we are in the process of removing all the ducks that benefited from the glitch and correcting the leaderboard.

    We are sorry for any disappointment this has caused. If anyone has any further questions or concerns you can get in touch with us at helpme@quackyraces.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible in business hours.

    They are absolutely idiots. Just received this from them;

    Hi Louis

    Thank you for your participation in the Quacky Races game.

    We are sorry to inform you that there has been a technical glitch that has affected your duck. The glitch has affected a small number of players who raced more than one duck at the same time. This unfortunately means that your duck achieved a faster time than it should have done.

    In the interests of fair play we have had to remove all the ducks that have benefited from the glitch, including yours.

    We appreciate that this must be disappointing and in recognition of the time you invested in playing the game, O2 would like to offer you a good will gesture of a pair of free tickets to any O2 Academy/ The O2 event of your choice subject to availability. Listings of events at The O2 venue and O2 Academy Venues can be found by visiting the O2 Blueroom:

    http://o2blueroom.co.uk/home

    Email the event date and location you would like to go to along with a forwarding address to helpme@quackyraces.com by Friday 30th April.

    Thank you once again for participating in Quacky Races.

    Best regards

    Quacky Races Team
