  • Hmmm, what's ur secret? And which duck do u have? I had the Sherlock Holmes Duck, and couldn't get him above about 60/70 lol! So I gave up and stopped topping him up and also haven't received any more postcards from him lol...oh dear!

There's no real secret to it to be honest. I chose Hono Lou Lou basically all I done was worked out the average levels for a speed between 124-126 knots and kept topping it up to them levels. Also I haven't had much sleep, so maybe that is the secret, don't sleep haha!

I've just had a duck disqualified because of a so called "glitch" in the system! She too was a hona lou lou duck. They recognised I didn't cheat and said it was a glitch in the system. I recorded (or thought I recorded) a very fast time. I am really unhappy as I sat up all night on her last night of racing. :(

I don't think they are allowed to disqualify you if they are the ones who had the fault. Just because there is a 'glitch' in the system, it's not your fault it's theres! Try and take it further I would, it's not your fault! What time did you get? I hope they don't disqualify me saying there's a 'glitch' in the system as I have seriously stayed up for nearly 3 day's now! lol

    They can and will.

The game has to be fair, if it's glitched out and caused you to somehow travel at a speed higher than is otherwise possible it's not fair, and you'll be disqualified.

You might have stayed up for nearly 3 days, but others who haven't benefited from a glitch will have stayed up for 5.

Well I haven't completed the race yet, I have worked it out it will take me another 2 day's to finish so I will try and stay up another 2 day's to try and beat the person at the top, doubt I will though :( lol

    P.S. I haven't been travelling at a higher speed than 126, I believe you can't go beyond that and mine hasn't, so don't think there's a glitch.

Your average speed is higher though, which is the glitch.

You duck might not have told you it's been going faster, but somewhere along the line the game has glitched and made you cover a greater distance than you actually should have covered. Hence it being a glitch.

The game is full of them, I should currently be at the top, but because of a glitch my duck hasn't finished the race properly and the leaderboard tells me to top up my duck again to see my final time, which doesn't work, when I top up again it doesn't do anything and the time since last top up just keeps going up as it's stuck in a half finished state.

Well if that's the case then they should end the competition immediately, re-think it and re-open it when they are certain there will be no glitches. It's not fair otherwise, as you think you have got a good time but it's actually because of a glitch. I might as well just not bother with it then but I have worked out that my duck will finish in just over 5 day's, so don't know if they will disqualify me as the person at the top of the leader board at the moment done it in just over 5 day's. What time did you get?

The glitches are probably rare enough that they probably don't think it's a big enough deal to worry about, compared with the damage to their reputation from halting the game.

My time was just under 5 days, averaging just over 125knots. I'm hoping that they can somehow rescue it as I got the finished email fine seconds after it finished.
