I hope its a long hot summer for you... with everything thats happening in your life at the moment... you had better get ya sunhat on cos it looks like ya in for a heatwave
So very trueActually have had my eye on a "purple" lacy bra and pant set!!!!!!!!:o And just might treat myself........... something I am really not used to doing.
And at least you'll know exactly what size to get so you won't wear for a day and wonder if you've parhaps broken a rib.
My brain is ticking SB and Mike and of course you will not be in the dark SB.
Ooh, ooh, me too. Tell me too.
Also had a thought that some of the "mob" on here might actually be holding off coming down to you for the DIYSOS or reveal for fear of actually being identified in the big wide world. However, a private party for us all would be a different kettle of fish!?!?!?!?
I'd say you've hit the nail on the head Billie. Given as many of us were brought together through an understanding of depression as much as an understanding of constuction industry/benefits/legal sytem/purple wheelbarrows... it's no wonder many folk don't want to be on telly.
Then you have the obvious concern of some-one you know finding outthe exact details of your debt (funny how it's all in my signature and I want to and don't mind, share it with you all but the thought of a nosey acquaintance finding me on here is not a pleasant thought!)
Will be back soon - loves you all more than you will ever know.
Billie xx

Just wanted to say, I read this thread at the weekend (yes, my eyes have finally stopped bleeding!), and just wanted to say that Lisa/Mike deserved this triumph.
You have been amazingly strong, and you have no idea how good it is to see so many people there for you, someone who has tried to show humour whatever life has thrown at you.
For all that have supported Mike (lisa/whoever) be proud of yourselves. Every single one of you are special people that have been there through the ups and downs.
Anyone that has lost faith in human nature should read this!!!
Good luck to all xxx0 -

Absolutely right. (And 'Mike' is fine!)
Well done on the Readathon too.

It just shows the pressure of being done by the cowboy builders can do.

Just want to say that I have been reading this thread slowly for some time and have been astounded by the support from everyone. Had finally caught up with the last page and made the mistake of going to Vienna and ended up with loads more to read!
Then I saw the BBC website with the sad news DG has posted. If only he had the support Mike has had and the support the new poster (sos, your name escapes me at the moment)will have.
BTW, Littlehampton has a wonderful fish & chips shop, well I hate fish so had chicken pie which was fab, but the others had fish & chips, everything beautifully cooked and the chips big & fat & no grease! Good place to take kids crab fishing as well!
Mike, you have almost reached the end of an amazing journey and that light at the end of the dark tunnel is getting much brighter :j:j:jA smile costs little but creates much0 -

Obviously we do not know if this family had been conned, but it is a very sad end to what should have been a happy story. Mike we are going to have to find you a companion to ensure all is well after the event!. Billie x:j I belong to Mike's Mob :j0 -

That is just about the town's only claim to fame. Jack's in Pier Road. Tell them Mike sent you, and watch how they look at you uncomprehendingly and say "Who?"
