  • This is totally unacceptable behaviour!!

I would make a formal complaint and log ASAP. So what! You made a few mistakes but nobody should speak or act this way towards you especially in public and in front of other customers.

You pay these staff members wage at the end of the day and if it wasnt for you putting your money in their acounts, they would not have a job!!

This has really angered me....please do something about it.

Good luck with the birth and hope everything goes smoothly.

    Hugs hun.

I totally agree with PP - disgusting behaviour on the part of that individual and you really need to make sure someone very high up is made aware of it asap.

Oh honey definitely complain. I know you've got your lovely baby now so probably have much more important things to do but they really shouldn't get away with things like this. I have pregnancy hormones too and I've gone from crying once in a blue moon to probably 4 or 5 times a week, so I know how that feels ((hugs))

Been there Jo-R. Years ago I got a dressing down and was told, "Mr H, you are a married man with responsibiliities. You can't keep acting like an irresponsible teenager."

To my eternal shame, I bowed my head & let her have her two'pennoth. If that had happened today, there is no way I would have put upo with it.

I would write to the Chaiman of the bank at his home address. Do not take this lying down.

    This is terrible!
You should have gone into early labour with all the upset caused by this nasty woman-right there on the carpet! Would have cost them more than £60 to get THAT cleaned up.
Seriously-I would complain-go straight to Head Office-did you get her name?
Best of luck with the new baby x

  • I bet the CSA was one of those "I dont want children" types.

Now, now - I'm one of those 'types' but would never treat another human being this badly!

So sorry to hear about your horrible encounter, Jo_R :( It's so difficult to remain calm and have the presence of mind to demand privacy when you're being nagged by bank staff...and shame on the CSA for doing that to you.

...and congratulations on the latest addition to your family :)

    Ignore the nasty CSA

Why did I think that meant something else? :rotfl:

Anyhow, isn't it funny how banks "don't manage your money" but help themselves from time to time? and let other companies make you overdrawn?
