    Perhaps you should re-read some of hamish's posts and see how mature they are before you flame other people.
  • The data is indeed nonexistent. You can't tell anything on these volumes. I genuinely don't believe anyone actually really knows what is happening to house prices.

    Good point, you mean like when in the playground if some one calls you a name you do the same.
