One thing I've found is that I really dislike the desire's connector, it feels like its easy to damage teh phone inadvertantly, has anyone found a good docking station yet?
Doesn't look like a docking station is supported:

from about half way down that link:However, one of the more surprising factors was the absence of docking cradle support as on the Nexus One. The Google-branded device has battery charging contacts along its bottom edge, which can be used with the optional docking station; the Desire lacks those contacts. Where we find we usually drop the Nexus One into its cradle periodically through the day, giving it a brief top-up as we go, we were less likely to plug in the microUSB cable to the Desire. It’s a similar behavioural change to what we observed with the Palm Pre and its Touchstone inductive charger: the easier it is to dock, the more likely you are to feed your phone at periods through the day.
a shame really as it would have been far better!Using my phone to post - apologies in advance for any typos0 -

I did look at the post but it appears to be a single docking point for a desire. The link I am posting is for a docking station with a second point for a spare battery at £19.99. That is why I posted quickly. However this one is currently sold out so you would have to go onto a waiting list!

I tried to cancel my O2 contract at the weekend to get a Desire, they offered an iPhone to get me to stay (I've got it for 14 days before I need to decide if it's for me).
Having used it today, I'm getting annoyed at the lack of menu's, such as delete a contact.
Is the Desire similar? I'm tempted to send back the iPhone and get a Desire.
Just played with a Desire in CPW, on a quick 5 minute go it appeared a better phone than the iPhone, am I going mad? Help!0
