Oh cool, so the vodafone pay as you go option is exactly like the sim free option?
Thats strange the way they listed it like that then, £350 is looking good for that legend.
Do you know if it will have vodafone branding? As i think thats the worrying bit since there must be a reason for it being listed under pay as you go.0 -

I have no idea about the branding, although unlike Apple, HTC seem quite happy for the carriers to stick their own software all over their phones. I read somewhere that each of the major carriers will have slightly different software, for instance 3 are having a Skype application built in.0 -
The other site has obviously been banned in the past for spam surprisingly so give them a slapMoneyMonk - Its a way of life :beer:0

I've never used Prepaymania so I have no idea how good they are, but they're taking orders for the Bravo for £373.81 sim free.

kinda disappointed with the legend price there  Its more expensive than the desire.
I like the form factor of the legend, but its not worth paying more for a legend when the desire is better all around for less.
note: the prices on mobilephonedirect has been taken down... wonder what happens to the pre-orders.0 -

Thanks for the tip. That's a great price especially considering the UK forecast price including VAT was in the region of £450.
Can anyone recommend or warn against prepaymania?
I'm right on the edge of taking the leap and preordering the Desire, but I've never heard of them. It's a lot of money to take a chance on a company.

Yeah, my fears are confirmed. If only some more reputable place would take up the same offer...

my pre-order is with mobilefun who I've bought sim-free handsets from on a number of occasions for work and they are a decent online retailer who I recommend you look at. Not as cheap, but reliable and largely hassle free."Who throws a shoe, honestly?"
