Hi
I got a Bold 2 in 1 sample and voucher. Vaseline Sheer Infusion body lotion sampleAs my dad always used to say 'Just because you've got the money doesn't mean to say you have to spend it all at once'0 -
gave my friend a bag of too small toddler clothes and some seeds for our allotment. Some of the clothes were ones which she had lent me, we have 3 girls between us an dmine is the middle one so I have "borrowed" some of her oldest girls clothes, she will get back the ones my DD doesn't ruin and I pass on to her youngest any new ones which I buy/get given.
we also exchanged easter eggs!Cross Stitch Challenge Member ?Number 2013 challenge = to complete rest of millenium sampler.0 -
A small portion of vegetable curry + some free wood.
Some new curry sauces were being promoted outside Mr T's today and they were cooking curries and handing out free sample pots. Being that our shopping was so heavy and it was so very bitterly cold and we're in such **cough, cough** frail *cough* health I sweetly asked them to put another scoop into our pots.
Then we sat in the car and, with the addition of a 15p naan bread I found in the reduced cabinet, had our lunch :rotfl:
Hubby's also just made the fire up with wood we were given free by some builders doing a loft conversion last week."carpe that diem"0 -
A chest freezer, finally! I've been on the hunt for one for ages but they don't appear on our freecycle at all.
Hubby found it at our local second hand shop - £50 delivered and it's a nice big, coffin sized one which is just what I wanted.Piglet

Well done! We don't get any guarantee with ours although hubby knows the guy in the shop pretty well and he says it's in good condition, it's come out of someone's garage and has the baskets and the instruction manual with it.Piglet

Free sample Lindor choc ball in Mr T's
Used 2 Sainsbury's coupons at checkout, saved £8 on my Easter shopping :j
Comfort scented drawer liner in the post (+ moc that I will pass on to a Comfort user)
Gave a bag of fabric to a sewing friend who will use it in a school production.I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -
Went to an auction today and bought 2 small ceramic sinks (quite old) about 12" x 14" to use as planters, a lovely old strawberry planter (also old and someone has painted it blue which is wearing off) and a concrete mushroom in a job lot for £3. I was so chuffed.
My husband thinks the mushroom is hysterical but I have just the place for it.
We have just moved and although the garden is nice it is a bit bare and rather landscaped looking. I go more for the practical veg growing and chicken keeping look. Nothing too manicured.0 -
Love this, people on my level.
I rescued two quite long gutters from a skip for my alottment shed. Had to cycle with it for 3 miles though, people thought I was mad!
Got some bargain seeds in WHAT today, too cheap to leave it there. Will have lovely meals out of that.0
