In this situation, you are unable to understand underlying health conditions of the people you are trying to help. Therefore, as a result, you could advice them to do a form of exercise that would make their existing health condition worse.
Please be careful. x
Well surely people would have the common sense to say if they had a health problem

I'm afraid not. Some will and some won't. Do not rely on the common sense of others. You will be sorely disappointed!

Dodgy ticker could refer to a lot of different conditions though. From someone who has mild angina, to someone who's had 3 heart attacks already and been told to limit their exercise to something very gentle.

I'm just trying to help you out here. Back problems is another issue. Someone could say they suffer from back pain and this may be caused by poor posture, or it could be more serious and be negatively affected by exercise.
You need to be very, very careful. If someone took your advice on here, and their health was effected in a negative way because you were unaware of their health issues, then you could be held accountable.
I think this is a very, very bad idea.
If you want to help, I would stick to general advice only (not specific to anyone), and add a disclaimer to the end of your posts/signature.February wins: Theatre tickets0 -

I understand that, but this is usually after consultation with a doctor or PT in person.
Websites have disclaimers and legal bods to help protect them.February wins: Theatre tickets0
