OK, OK, I'll take you up on your offer.
My question: how do I shift my love-handles?
I exercise (running, light weights), and I try to watch what I eat. I'm not particularly overweight, but I can't seem to shift the two bags of lard that are sitting on either side of my waist.
Any tips? The best way to save money is not to spend it.:cheesy: "Smile first thing in the morning. Get it over with." W. C. Fields. :cheesy:0 -

Have you ever though of Pilates Elsie?
A lot of older exercise participant enjoy Pilates, it's a really effective workout that doesn't leave you breathless.
Its similar to Yoga but not in the sense that you have to get into all the bendy positions which seem to put people off Pilates!
You could just try walking, which is a great fat burner, aim to walk for 10 minutes a day at first then try upping it when you feel the need to do so.
Good luck, any more advice, just ask

Ok, this is a common problem.
Try doing side crunches
- Lay on your side, knees bent
- Keep head forward
- Perform a crunch
Similar to a crunch, only difference is you are on your side.
Aim to do 20 on each side to start with, then up it if you feel the need to do soTurn £100.00 into £1000.00
