    Thanks skint.

I will give Pilates a go, and also walking, which to be honest I do enjoy......hopefully we will get some better weather which will help my motivation.

If you have a dog, take the dog :)
Or take an mp3 player to listen to some music if you have one, take a break in the middle too, to have a rest
    Good Luck!

Nah ! anyway , i am fit and do kickboxing twice a week , with a bit of weights here and there , BUT i have a bit of a stomach.....how do i get rid of it ?!?

    thanks in advance , i want a stomach like when i was 21 !
  • Ok, this is a common problem.
    Try doing side crunches

    - Lay on your side, knees bent
    - Keep head forward
    - Perform a crunch

Similar to a crunch, only difference is you are on your side.

Aim to do 20 on each side to start with, then up it if you feel the need to do so

That's not really going to help. You can't spot reduce fat from your body. Its deposition is genetic to a large degree. Better advice would be to get on the treadmill and run some more. A calorie defecit will shift the fat.

Ok, Circuit Training is really good for toning up all over and will help with your stomach, it includes exercises for all over body toning as well as a cardio workout.
