I will give Pilates a go, and also walking, which to be honest I do enjoy......hopefully we will get some better weather which will help my motivation.

Nah ! anyway , i am fit and do kickboxing twice a week , with a bit of weights here and there , BUT i have a bit of a stomach.....how do i get rid of it ?!?

That's not really going to help. You can't spot reduce fat from your body. Its deposition is genetic to a large degree. Better advice would be to get on the treadmill and run some more. A calorie defecit will shift the fat.0 -

Ok, Circuit Training is really good for toning up all over and will help with your stomach, it includes exercises for all over body toning as well as a cardio workout.Turn £100.00 into £1000.00
