What was the award relative to the deposit etc and costs - such a long thread?
It would be really informative to hear what deductions if any the court made,
Thanks,0 -

Well done."Mrs. Pench, you've won the car contest, would you like a triumph spitfire or 3000 in cash?" He smiled.
Mrs. Pench took the money. "What will you do with it all? Not that it's any of my business," he giggled.
"I think I'll become an alcoholic," said Betty.0 -

Well done.
I couldn't work out the total costs though so didn't know if a token £20 for the radiator or alike had been deducted....
It makes me very happy too
Any problems paying chase the property not the person - charge on the house.... does this show up as a CCJ on her credit record now, if so anyway to tip off the agencies?0 -
Has she been paying all her income tax? Once you get your money, why not ask HMRC to check it out."Mrs. Pench, you've won the car contest, would you like a triumph spitfire or 3000 in cash?" He smiled.
Mrs. Pench took the money. "What will you do with it all? Not that it's any of my business," he giggled.

I am not sure about the letting agents - after all they did enter a defense and the landlady did not. So I think you have judgement against the Landlady but not the agents. I think you and the agents would have to have turned up at the Court and had it settled. BUT I am not an expert on it and I could be wrong - I just would not wanting to be asking the agent for money when they did not have to pay me!0
