Last time I went to court they asked if I had already sent it myself - made it sound like that was what I had to do?

Now I am not sure - any ideas? If I drop her copy into the court Monday it will not arrive with her in time for 16th May deadline and I don't want to give her any excuses.

Will prob send tomorrow via Special Delivery unless anyone has any other info? Seems safest that's all...

If you send it special delivery, will it come back to you if there's a problem?

If so that seems the best way. Then you can always take it into the court & say you couldn't get it to her & look here's the proof that you tried.
"Mrs. Pench, you've won the car contest, would you like a triumph spitfire or 3000 in cash?" He smiled.
Mrs. Pench took the money. "What will you do with it all? Not that it's any of my business," he giggled.
"I think I'll become an alcoholic," said Betty.

    Hi all,

Does anyone know what the Witness Statement 'rules' are?

Are we supposed to answer the fact that she's trying to claim solicitor costs from letting agent invoiced to her?

Are we supposed to discuss the fact that most of her purported damages were already in the check-in inventory?

I have 1 hour left as Mr EL leaves early and won't be able to sign documents in the morning so we have to do it tonight...

    Hi all,

Just wondering - have to take the copy for the court down there tomorrow, how should I present it? I want it to be as clear as poss for the judge. Can I use plastic wallets per each numbered document for example? Can I then put the whole lot into a skinny folder?
