Make that 146 - I've been lurking too but I guess I'd better get a post in now as fingers crossed this will all be over tomorrow! Although I'll be very very happy for you EL if this does end, I can't help feeling as if its the last episode of a favourite TV series. Sorry to be selfish! :o

Yesterday's 5pm deadline has past. I'm on the edge of my seat waiting. EL, Have you phoned the court? did she enter a defence? or did she go to all the trouble of getting the verdict set aside only to forget to submit her defence on time. (I hope its the latter I need a good laugh)
  • Hi guys, hang in there - am calling the court in 15 mins and will update!

  • Blimey! How am I going to get any work done until I know?!!
  • Hi all - in my haste I forgot that they only open at 10am and I have to meet a client at 10am - I will not be able to call until later when I grab some lunch.

The result won't change in a few hours - but very annoying I know!
