Feeling better today, just can`t believe the chopping and changing and the let downs.
It is quite funny now when i think about it, but yesterday i had not a smile left in me!

    I today suddenly thought.......kids birthdays and holiday:eek:
DS is 2 on the 2nd May, We go away on 10th and DD is 4 on 14th!!
SO far i have got them NOTHING:eek: I am kinda hoping i can get away with not getting anything, in the hope they will have presents off of our parents.
As for Butlins.......we have NO spending money at all! We are going self catering so will literally just take what we normally have at home....walks and beach are free and entertainment so will have to do, so heres to our first break away :rotfl:what a joke!
Got to admit i really dont want to go now, too much to do and by the looks of it us going away may clash with moving too!

    What beautiful weather :)
We went out shopping this afternoon and got a few bits for the kids birthdays spent £5 on each in poundland so very mse lol!:rotfl:
I got DD - barbie doll(well pretend barbie) with puppy, peppa pig reusable sticker pack, dvd, tea set and paint a piggy bank.
I got DS - bath toys pack, fire engine, pk of 6 cars, dinosaurs.
They also have a few bits i got at xmas for their birthdays so it is not going to be a poverty birthday.
A lady also made me 2 sock monkeys off of this forum which were out of this word and currently still in tissue paper so they will be birthday gifts too!!
Both sets of grandparents buy for them too often proper pressies at value things we could not afford right now and tbh they are very young and prefer the wrappings anyway!!!

DH went to see the house (it is literally next to where he works) and the pavement is still up with NO work being done!!
However we now have a front garden. A path with lawn either side and bark borders with shrubs!!!:j

I got some bits from poundland today for the garden, they have some lovely bits in there. I got 2 hanging basket brackets, 1 paper lantern that lights, bird feeder, 3 glass lanterns and also some wooden spoon/spatulas which were all reduced to 50p.

I looked briefly down the market square and spotted some gorgeous bathroom mats rrp £15 i got them for £5 :D

It was DD`s last day at nursery :( I feel so tearful and upset, she is fine though not sure she understands. They were all very sad today and made her a princess for the day she wore a personalised cape and the children all made a goodbye card.

I also have some seeds so as soon as i get some pots and soil i can get started :)
I have salad leaves, lettuce, rocket, mizuna, basil, chives and oregano.
Hoping to get a couple of tomato plants aswell.

DH went to Lidl this evening to see if they had any troughs for my seeds, there wasn`t any only round pots so he popped across to tesco who also had none!!
He came home and said Tesco have a glass top garden table, 4 chairs and papasol for £50. I said go and get it then lol! We have been wanting to get one obviously and up to now only seen ones that were well out of our price range.

SO DH went down there and there was the display one and no more left ARGH!
There was a man there who said they had sold 10 today and would be getting more in tomorrow. DH explained he wouldnt beable to get there tomorrow (he`ll be at bootsale til 5pm).
The man went and got the manager and they agreed DH could have the display one:j
The man unassembled the whole set, checked it over - all fine! and put it in the original box and sealed it up securely. He even gave DH a bag of allen keys (10+) he had in his pocket!

When DH got to the checkout he handed over £50 and the manager said `15% off for this gentleman please`:D:j SO...£42.50

    BARGAIN!!!!:rotfl:

For £50 the set is fab, worth looking in Tesco for upcoming offers!

This is our 1st summer `outside` together in the 11yrs we have been together LOL!
Never had a BBQ so can`t wait to set ours up!
Our BBQ was also a bargain form Tesco, we got it last year at the end of summer for £6!
One of those large kettle ones Including BBQ tools too.

I`m loving the recent bargains really not used to finding them :)

DH is off at the car boot so am hoping he does well, the weather is certainly a big help!x

DH done very well at the bootsale and came home with some stuff, so another can be done another time :)
    He made £147!!
£30 was my mums as he sold a large dog cage for her.

I am so happy with that, certainly wasn`t expecting that!

I took the ironing down to my parents and then popped it round to the lady i`ve started to iron for.
My mums next door neighbour must of seen me with it all and came out earlier and asked my mum if i`ll do her ironing for her and maybe some housework woohoo!!
    Things are looking good x
