Not much happening I`m just waiting for the catalogue bills to come in, another couple of weeks to wait!
My original plan was
1 - £34.41
2 - £61.18
3 - £120.45
1 - will pay off completely in july!!!
2 - Hope to pay £30 off
3 - WILL pay £50 - and throw any extra I have!
AND I`m going to stick to that
I today looked at the childrens CTF accounts online.
I read a link on Martins facebook page that in April 2015 we will be allowed to move the CTF to a JISA!
At the moment the CTF`s are 1.75% - wish it was higher.
I`m going to be looking for a high paying JISA and then swap over once the new thing is apparent.
I today thought to myself its the 1st of July, almost end of the school year and before I know it it will be September and the children will be back to school.
With that in mind it got me thinking CHRISTMAS :rotfl:
I AM indeed going to start getting `bits` stocking fillers for the kids and I`m going to hunt bargains especially once the sales start at the end of summer.
Hoping to get them a scooter each - they don`t have one so would be over the moon! Currently in Argos for £19.99 hoping they have a sale.DebtFree FEB 2010!Slight blip in 2013 - Debtfree Aug 2014 :j

I received a letter this morning and I have been selected for jury service.
Not best pleased BUT I suppose its something to look forward too and tick off my bucket list :rotfl:
I just have the worry about childcare!
AND the train trip every morning to get me there for 9am - I don`t do trains and have not been on a train alone ever!!
Its been so hot here this week, its already 26 and is meant to hit 28 by this afternoon!!
I much prefer the winter LOL!DebtFree FEB 2010!Slight blip in 2013 - Debtfree Aug 2014 :j

I will be glad when this week is over, it feels like its been the longest week even though its only Weds and we had Monday off!
I have a few things going on DS related which is ongoing and just when I think I`ve got something sorted it goes backwards.
It feels like I`m getting nowhere at times.
Its certainly tough being a parent, I`m emotionally exhausted!
Kids are off tomorrow as it is a teachers strike. I am taking them both to my cleaning job in the morning then will probably go to the park afterwards.
Just next week to get through then we have the summer holidays :j
I need to get the uniforms - I have some money off vouchers (£2.50 off £10 shop) for clothing at Tesco! So will use them individually.
I will get the school stuff throughout the holidays.
I however can only buy the school sweatshirts and cardigans from school so will need to try and get them next week before Friday of course!DebtFree FEB 2010!Slight blip in 2013 - Debtfree Aug 2014 :j

The postman came today with a big white envelope for DH.
His just come home from work and opened it the shoved it under my nose to look at :rotfl:
Its a pension plan he started in March 2013 - I had no idea he was in one!!
Why o why do men not talk about things? OR Is it just my DH that does this?!!
I am quite pleased obviously as it is better then nothing at all!
Its not a great pension, the payments to it aren`t significant, BUT its affordable each month and something for his retirement in 2042!!
I have no pension at all.................................:eek:DebtFree FEB 2010!Slight blip in 2013 - Debtfree Aug 2014 :j

Well this is the last week of school and then its 6 weeks off and 6 weeks of finding things to do!
Its going to be easier for me this year as DH has 2 weeks off :j
His taken the middle 2 weeks off, so I have 2 weeks to plan with the kiddies then DH is home to entertain and take us out in days (nice having the car as we can go places not so local) then I`m back to the last 2 weeks alone sorting out things to do
Bearing in mind we spend £0 during school holidays so it is quite a task :rotfl:
I am hoping we can book a little getaway for next year, both children have asked about going this summer - which of course isn`t happening and they know why!
I could do with time out I must admit, just wish places weren`t so expensive!DebtFree FEB 2010!Slight blip in 2013 - Debtfree Aug 2014 :j

Yesterday was Day 1 of the holidays!
We walked to the nearby high road and met up with my mum and she took us shopping
Kids enjoyed the long bus trip and we got a burger king courtesy of mum while we there!
Today Day 2 - we are currently watching a film, DH will be home soon as he has an early day today.
We are off to the Library to sign up to the summer holiday reading scheme then `hopefully` off to Hadleigh to the cemetery and town centre.DebtFree FEB 2010!Slight blip in 2013 - Debtfree Aug 2014 :j

We went to the library and signed the children up the the reading challenge.
Both have been reading their first book this afternoon.
Tomorrow I have my cleaning job in the morning, then I`ll take the children to the nearby park.
I have not been enjoying this heat, I`m a winter person and find it too much.
The children seem to adapt to it so well, apart from getting off to sleep both struggle so good job its the school holidays!DebtFree FEB 2010!Slight blip in 2013 - Debtfree Aug 2014 :j

WELL so far the school holidays have been fine.
Both children seem to amuse themselves so easily and as yet I`ve not been asked why we aren`t going anywhere/doing anything like others do!
HOWEVER I have decided while DH has his annual leave (in August) we will visit London for the day.
Mine haven't been and are keen to visit the usual places Buckingham palace, London eye, London bridge and big ben!
We can take food and drinks so will only be oyster card to fund for.
BUT we did have some bad news yesterday........DH came back from getting the MOT done on the car, it passed with a big BUT.
Underneath is cracked and holes will soon be appearing which means it will cost a fortune to repair and the cars not worth having it repaired.
I knew this car was going to be a problem when we got it, I don`t trust salesman at all!!
We noticed in the winter the inside of the car was freezing and the windows were icy PLUS it smelt very damp.
SO we will somehow need a car - DH needs it for work!!
I have no idea how on earth we will get a car!DebtFree FEB 2010!Slight blip in 2013 - Debtfree Aug 2014 :j
