  • No I really want to show off what I've been creating...I dreamt that someone stole my ideas and got started before me, lol, so I'm eager to have them up and ready for sale.

I also hid a notebook under my pillow yesterday and had some new ideas, which is exciting :) They are all along the same lines, but I think they will go well.

Feels like I'm really out of touch with everyone, lol. Yesterday probably did my good though, it just put me on a tighter deadline, and my little sister contacted me this morning asking for help with a science project due in next week...Not sure I should be doing it for her but I hate letting her down so I might just hunt out some links etc.

So much to do! You guys and photos are priority, though :)

    Hi,
Hope you don't mind me popping on.
Just been reading a few of the posts on here and my my my, not wanting to make anyone feel bad about their situation but I'm sooo relieved I'm not the only one struggling.
A bit about me, as you can see from my signature I have a task on my hands to clear off my debt, now I know this is not possible just from doing my regular 9 to 5 as my wife and I work to just about pay the bills. We have two lovely children together (DD almost 4 and DS 5 month) and I have an older daughter to my ex partner who is coming up to 12.
I'm looking for ways to raise a little extra to help clear my debts. I've dabbled with ebay before but now I have a clearer picture of my situation I am ready to challenge myself. I don't have the £100 yet but hopefully I can get that from my first clearout over the next couple of days with the free listings on eBay.
I'm looking forward to getting you know you all a bit better over the coming weeks so I'll subscribe to the thread and speak again soon ( got to fly as my boss is around)

Welcome to the thread Cagneuk :-) that's a good way to start by selling unwanted stuff on eBay- good luck!
  • welcome cagneuk to the forums. This is hopefully the start and support you will need. This forum as a new user myself has been superb. Everyone is very helpful and friendly and im sure between us all we can help support you to reach your goals. I actually started here a few weeks ago on this challenge. I havent really set many goals myself. My biggest one which is now cleared is opening a webshop to sell my clothing good on. This was started and finished last night and todat thanks to many forum users on here giving me feedback and help. I'm hoping that as a realistic target to get traffice to my site, learn about SEO (search engine optimisation) to get traffic to my site and start to build a decent sales record. Good luck to you and as someone who been ebaying for 10 years on and off if you need any help just send a message.

Elly - thank you. I had no idea that they could do that after 18weeks!! Isn't the nhs great!!!!? I am getting the feeling the rehab centre are ready to evict him....they have referred him to the Stroke Association for extra at home support and as soon as that is in place he will be home, thats unless they hold him ransom till his bill is food/meal bill is paid! (To be fair the rehab centre have paid for this out of there petty cash which is why they are chasing me, just finances are all a nightmare!) He should have a community social worker but if he has no one seems to know who or want to take him on. I was so annoyed earlier I haven't done anymore about it, (made cakes with DS and DD instead :) and wrote a new blog post) will think about it tmorrow. For now going to think about the POA - and all I want to do is think about this challenge!!!!!! V Frustrating!!

Welcome to all the newbies..... seems like we have had a mad influx!!

Saucy - good to see you back, looking forward to chatting again and seeing your notebooks too!! Also, haven't received a volcano.....not chasing and if you have changed your mind that is fine too, just saying in case should have recieved it and thinking 'ungrateful nixi' for not saying anything!! :)

Munchki - hope the interview went well!!
