does this site get much traffic was thinking about setting up a shop on folksy to sell my keyrings

paula write a list of all the good stuff in your relationship and the bad if good out ways bad then start working on the easiest thing to change about the bad and eventually as you gain control of the small bad stuff you can add them to the good list which will become the bigger of the too and this will inturn give you confidence to deal with the big stuff hope you get my drift and this helps
ps i had someone in spending £50 on hash a week she thought she wasn't an addict as its not strong stuff quoted honour amoungst junkies and that if she couldn't do a week without then she is an addict just the same might bring him to his senses .
So finally debt free and it feels amazing however continuing here to stay debt free.Next declutter house and body and finally swim under that waterfall x

Can't go away for a bit as 'if I take his kids away I am not to come back'. Just waiting it out really, I am being very calm and trying to empathise but it's hard work. He seems to be trying to reestablish control over his life but this tends to include me a bit too much for my liking. Apparently during the time he's been stoned he has 'let things slide' which includes me wasting 10 quid on a water filter which I haven't used past a couple of weeks and now need to remove from the house as every time he sees it he gets angry. Doodedoo...

Just had a look at fabric art and found this, gorgeous! Any good?

Oh and I get very excited yesterday when I spotted an Ebay shop - someone who has a shop where you take stuff in and they give you 80% of what they think they'll get on Ebay for whatever it is. Spoke to the taxi driver about it and apparently he makes a killing from people who can't/won't Ebay stuff themselves. I was sat in the car thinking ooh, wait till I tell the dribblers lol :rotfl:

    I say I won't dribble but I can't help myself...:o

go then..... call his bluff.... if he wants the relationship to work then he will soon change his mind..... if not then at least you know where you stand.

You need some breathing space.... if as the others said it is purely down to both of you being stressed then a few days apart will do you the world of good.... it can help to clear the air. That way you can go back (if you want to ) on YOUR terms...not his, and he will realise that he can't control you....

I'm here if you need me!! I did mean to PM you back but kids and blah, blah.... crap excuse...I'm sorry.
As for my friend, well they are no longer my friends as the weed went on to cocaine and he lost the business after screwing all of his freinds over.... she is still there and the four kids.... well, lets say I can see them on Jeremy Kyle in years to come.... he even got his partners sister pregnant whilst living in the same house.... and told the kids thinking it was completely normal and acceptable.... I;m sure you situation isn;t that bad but try and get is sorted for you and the kids before it causes damage to you all.....

    QUOTE]

I KWYM I have to take these stupid tablets to control the pressure build up on my brain (long story - basically I'm riddles with clots in my brain and lungs but hey ho everyone has their own issues) and as soon as I take them I'm out for the count.

Ok, had a read through some money making ideas from the first page and I've thought of something. It might take a bit of time to get off the ground but let me know what you think.

My wife's parents live close by in a block of flats which are only for the over 55's. As we go there quite often I already know quitte a lot of them. I love films so I was thinking of doing a mobile dvd rental service to their flats as the closest blockbuster is a good bus trip away and a lot of the residents don't have internet for online rental.
I could visit twice a week, say Monday & Friday between 5 and 8, pop flyers through the doors and hopefully build up enough custom to make it worth my while.
I know there are a lot of other things to consider but as a starting point, what do you all think? I know no-one else does this at their flats and I used to love the mobile video man coming round when I was young.

    your thoughts please.....

Sounds like a brilliant idea - perhaps a spot of research beforehand to see what demand would be - and what films they like? And see if you can then spot any other similar housing needing the same service?

Just finished listing my stuff on Ebay - now have 142 items listed LOL! But most of them are 99p items.
Just a word of warning - Ebay may not be charging for listing with turbolister - but I tried using bulk listing (where you go into your Unsold items, tick the box beside each item you want to relist and then hit the relist button) guess what? Up came the charges at 15p a pop!
So I had to go through removing them and then relist - one at a time! Silly ebay.

Just being nosey, but is there a list of everyone's ebay items, wouldn't mind seeing how people go about putting their adverts together. I could add you all as fav sellers etc. I've seen some that are all fancy with animation and some which are just plain text, and for me (from a buyer pov) as long as it's the item I want I'm not fussed how it is advertised but as a potential seller I'm interested in which format whill yeild best results.
Sorry if you would rather not share them, that's fine too.

Groceries are already taken care of by the local mini mart who are up the road and deliver to door. and a free weekly bus trip to supermarkets (mon-Morrisons, wed -Tesco - Thurs - Asda)
Great ideas though, will discuss this with the better half tonight.

I know someone who makes quite a bit of money ferrying people around for hospital and doctors visits, just a thought.
