You see??? another dream blown out of the window. I was hoping you were going to say that there were no fees whatsoever because that is what I was led to believe would be the outcome on these cases placed through Loancheck.
I know £100 is not much but it is £100 too much when told that you would pay nothing and just proves Natalie right that there are hidden fees.
There you go, you are correct in that the British Justice System ( claims division) does not work, just as you said.I am a former Broker, former IFA and former compliance officer, for my sins.
However, I have since seen the light.0 -
Is there a hint of sarcasm in your post there petermb and a dig at Natalie. What about all the others that have posted on here about fees? I think that is what natalie was on about.
Just seems strange that maxdp is the only case won also?0 -

Peter I was always led to believe that there would be liability for disbursements e.g. postage, photocopying etc I was told up to £300.00 that was from Elaine in your office. I thought that was reasonable really.:mad:0 -

Don't worry about him having a dig at me, I've got plenty more ammunition as I don't trust the claims Management system one bit & certain sectors of it even less.0 -

Why were you told there would be a liability for disbursements if the solicitors worked on a no-win, no-fee agreement and as such the disbursements were covered by the insurance policy?
Seems a strange piece of advice.0 -
Hi Pinknico:j
What Solicitor were you with before it was transferred. Did they ask you to sign another CFA? Also Pinknico make sure you do not get charged from your previous Solicitor.
Also as Thomas 123 says Solicitors should only pass their cases on to other Solicitors not Black Knight. Is that what happened with you Pinknico?.
Let us know what happens. Lovely to hear from you.x
Hello Max, in all the time Loancheck had never passed in onto a solicitor,I was constantly told it was in the queue to be passed to the next available one but this never happened,so it is like starting from scratch with Blackknight who have also said the next step is a visit from solicitors but I am still waiting!
Well done on starting this thread Max.xx:TDS1 12/10/04

I know lesley has said 4 or her 5 are going through now so really she most probably would have signed the same as yours (OH) as it was over 2 years ago. It must be the same as she went through petermb to loancheck to Watsons? She had (does not know though until its in writing!!) been told she may have to pay fees? If you both signed the same agreement type thing with the solicitor then I cannot understand how Watsons can say that to one person but not charge another if you see what i mean. Confusing????0
