I have been on here of late to try to assist those people who are having difficulties with claims they have entered into.
I have not discussed what I am currently doing, how far I have gotten with it and the outcomes and nor do I intend to.I am a former Broker, former IFA and former compliance officer, for my sins.

I honestly think that all you have been trying to do is cover your own back & put as much distance between yourself & Loancheck.
You should shoulder some of the blame for encouraging these clients to become involved with such a shoddy company.0 -

In the original terms and conditions from the Solicitor it names others that personal information will be disclosed to.
1 CFS/RLA (Ravenstone LA Limited) being the funder/administrator
RUK Ravenstone UK Limited who carry out monitoring checks for the purposes of combating fraud
Focus Insurance Company Limited being the Insurer.:mad:0 -
The Home visit agent was Reclaim Legal Services Ltd. If further information was required I was to contact their (Watsons) administration department Konsul Ltd:mad:0
