My mum's M&S bouquet arrives at half nine this morning so I was happy with their service. Hope they looked OK because my mum wouldn't tell me if they were !!!!! lol

Had a birthday ( in JUNE ) bouquet with choccies from NEXT - silly delivery person left it in the greenhouse - wilted flowers and melted choccies - my mum rang to complain and they sent some more ....hope you get it sorted

Hi, soorry for you op, hope you can find an alternative. But do persevere with complaint, as this has happened to my mum, they refunded my dad for flowers and sent her a more expensive bouquet, she was well chuffed.

How disgusting of them! Off with their heads! How dare they ruin Valentines day. They should compensate you by paying at least £100 for hurt feelings.

Or you can cancel the order, and go get some more from another shop.

I don't think you'll get very far really, because they'll say they informed you in good time, even though they didn't, have you read the t&c's? But £100 compensation?! what a joke! You would never get that much lol. Hope you can sort something out, let this be a lesson to never use internet flower sites and use a florist! x

Valentine's Day has put so much pressure on people to give expensive flowers etc, and at the end of the day... its all about how you feel about each other, and not some expensive bunch of half dead flowers...
