My mum had similar experience with M&S at xmas, ended up getting a refund and a voucher off them.Mum to 2 lovely boys who keep me busy.0

Sorry to hear that they cancelled your order Nickduff. That really is bad especially to let you know in the early hours of the morning. I hope you manage to arrange something else and your OH understands - I am sure she will.
Thought I would post to reassure anyone else who has ordered them that mine have just arrived - I thought my OH was looking nervous when I told him about the M&S roses being cancelled. He is under a lot of pressure though its my birthday too"Everybody is a genius. But, if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will spend its whole life believing that it is stupid."
Please remember Quidco!! - I always forget to put that in my posts- but not any more :A

I'd a) order some others quick from the florist damski mentioned above.
b) call Customer Services and read the riot act.
This is utterly unacceptable - if it's a contracted florist they ought to get the boot from M&S, imho. Having heard a story like this I'd never rely on M&S to deliver an important present on time - and is that the sort of reputation they want? Don't think so!0 -
They took orders for flowers that they knew that they could not supply just like clothes orders they accepted knowing they could not honour. This is the way M and S work and they donnt give a hoot.0
