What no longer goes on YOUR shopping list?

Hi frugallers,
I did ask this in another thread but would love to find out what you all have realised that you no longer need to buy, as you go on your frugal journey.
So far, I have crossed these items off my shopping list for good (hopefully):D

1. Sandwich bags - use the bags from boxed cereals, washed in the washing machine and dried over cutlery draining on the rack
2. Kitchen roll - use clean, old tea-towels for these jobs. I line my salad crisper drawer in the fridge with then too. It soaks up condensation and keeps veggies nicer
3. Paper cake-cases. Line with paper inserts from marge containers or simply grease your tins well and use alone

Ooh, softener - that's a good one too. I use vinegar if I want really soft but it isn't necessary is it?

What a con they are aren't they? Loads of nasty chemicals wafting through your house -and they can charge you over £10 for the privilege:eek:
