Yes, I'm the same, used the same joint account as last time. Received the Authorisation form yesterday and has at the top of the form "online" handwritten on it.

Just reading the wording of the message, it would appear that they will still process the same account transfer once you fill in this form, but whether they will then give that £75 incentive is another matter.

Got a letter saying Nationwide have completed my transfer and I can see the S/O in my Nationwide account (though still active in my Natwest account!!). It's only been 3 days though since I submitted the application! Let's hope £75 is in my account sometime in March.

Before getting that letter, did you get a previous letter to sign and send back?

Just a secure message on online banking. I didn't have to sign or post anything...

Have you already for an online account with them? I don't so need my customer number etc. to be able to log in.

Has anyone who has applied for a Flex Account (who did not previously hold one) received the paperwork yet?

I'm a new customer and received a form to sign and send back last week.

It confirmed that I had been accepted and that I can have a debit card and cheque book.

Hoping to get my customer details this week so I can sign up online.

If you are able why not apply for the Daily Mail offer to order £5 worth of goods for free. In order to qualify you need to set up a d/d with them, but they won't claim against it if you keep within the first £5 spend and don't order from them again.
