    Assuming this is mine:
    25 Mar 2010 Internal Transfer £75.00

    Thats the Daddy-O!
I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂
  • Just checked my internet bank just now, and I also have £75 appeared as an internal transfer.

    Happy days!

Can you transfer the same a/c multiple times?
  • Phew - missed out on the previous one, as attempted to transfer from an account already used for similar offer previously, but this one is in the bag.

You've done the switching thing from various other current accounts to your Nationwide? I like the idea of that! :money:
Just ask bristolleedsfan - I think he hasn't missed any of them:T

I applied for mine 2 or 3 days before the deadline. I left the application sitting in my bedroom before heading away for a week, so have only just received the card & chequebook etc. in recent days. Don't have any dd's or standing orders due to come out until mid April, so hopefully they will get it all wrapped up fairly soonish.

Tbh, once I get the £75 I won't be staying with them for a long while. Will probs keep it open purely for the benefit of using whilst abroad. How long would you guys suggest giving it before switching back to Halifax where I have 3 accounts...? Will be keeping the most I can in my A&L account at 6%, as well.

    Thanks,

    A.

Money, £225, for nothing from Nationwide in the last year ....

    08 Jul 2009 Transfer from 1568/SUNDRIES. £100.00
    12 Dec 2009 Transfer from 1568/SUNDRIES. £50.00
    25 Mar 2010 Transfer from 1568/SUNDRIES. £75.00

It's only the latest offer that they transferred the dummy standing order from an unused cahoot current account. They didn't even do that the first and second time, they just paid the money into my flexaccount!

    I love mutuality, lol!

EDIT: Did I miss an offer between July and December? :)

Almost identical, oddly enough it was a single Cahoot direct debit that transferred across this time also:rotfl:
