Well...

Still no cheque. Been 37 days now since my contract started and 22 days since I received the email saying it would take 21 days. So will I now start telling O2 I wont be paying the next bill till I receive my cheque?

My partner received her cheque from phones4u to let you know, and her phone was ordered one day before mines.

A lot better service and last time I will ever use m.co.uk

There are enough warnings on this site about Mobiles.co.uk and other cpw companies - stark contrast to Phones4U. If you stop the direct debit you will be shooting yourself in the foot since it will solve nothing and create far worse problems.
