I am interested in the 02 600 tariff via your site but cant read anywhere it says whether internet is added or not
You could start your own thread ;)

Remove the spaces (either side of the . after www) from the following link to see mobiles.co.uk's O2 pricing:

Further to others experience with the cash back, it's a great pity that there is no acknowledgement that your claim is valid and being processed.....do I start counting my days from when I submitted a claim or something different? We shall see....
  • One thing they actually do is send fairly prompt messages confirming cashback receipt, processing and acceptance. Just don't hold your breath for the cheque (record set this week is about 19 mins plus).

    Hi,

As MJ kindly pointed out, we do acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the claim.

We will be moving to BACS payment of all claims in the near future, meaning a lot less processing and of course massively faster payment - from submitting your claim to payment hitting your bank account should take well under 1 week.

To assist people thinking of using Mobiles.co.uk via a referral site and auto cashback this is my experience to date.

Ordered two contract phones with Mobiles.co.uk . One through Quidco and one through Topcashback, my £50 quidco has been received by them and awaiting payment to me, Topcashback is showing as confirmed but not received. I went for the cashback option for both contracts, received first cheque today, 24 days after my e mail from mobiles confirming request to raise cheque, therefore still awaiting 2nd cheque and topcashback payment, so far so good.

    Regards,

The BACS payment is certainly a step in the right direction. Strange thing is I suggested this method of payment to CPW about 2 years ago but they said they could not do it due to the extra expense to them. When I said that it must be cheaper than all those cheques they never replied?
I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!

This isn't CPW doing it, it's us. It's a better experience for everyone, instantly cuts out hundreds of "where's my cheque?" calls/emails a day, doesn't rely on the postal service, removes the problem of uncashed cheques etc etc. It actually is slightly more expensive believe it or not, but totally worth it. Anything we can do to make cashback less painful (for all involved) is worth it.

    Thanks,

It tracked the same day as purchase for me, but I do know from experience with Quidco that tracking can take several days, other times I have had to lodge a non tracking claim with Quidco...........

....This email is to notify you that we have issued your auto-cashback cheque and you should receive it within 21 days....
Noting that sanfly's cashback was for auto-cashback, I got confirmation of my successful cashback claim! Hurrah! Mind you...
    Dear Customer,
This is to confirm that your claim for your line rental has been processed and a cheque has been issued. Your cheque can take up to 35 days to arrive. This allows for printing and postage time”
    Mobiles.co.uk's Ts&Cs state:
Receipt of your cheque will take a maximum of 28 days to allow for secured printing and postage time.
So something needs to be updated somewhere...anyhow, now I have to wait to see if this is for 1 contract or the 2 contracts I submitted....

edit: I just checked on my timings - I submitted my claim on the 2nd of Feb, I got the official receipt and the claim approval on the 18th of Feb with the claim paid the following day. That's 16 days between submitting it and getting the receipt but they meet the target of 7 days between receipt and approval... I'm (tentatively) happy that I've been successful.
