In fact I've just told them unless they settle my current case, I'll continue my legal action. And if I win in court (which I should do), I'll raise a second claim for the remainder of the cashbacks, more legal fees, and full damages, which will no doubt be successful too given the result of my first case.
Hopefully they'll start to listen.
Oh, and yes keep sending your cashbacks as normal. Always via recorded delivery, and check up on it."Boonowa tweepi, ha, ha."0 -

Cashback Claim Process:
A credit of £136.00 will be raised automatically by cheque within 2 months if you do not cancel your contract. To gain the remainder of your cashback, you will need to claim for each instalment. Instalment 1 - You will need to claim 6 months from connection and you have 30 days from this date to submit your claim. Send us your claim form and monthly bill showing your name, address, mobile number and tariff you are connected to. (This bill must be no older than 28 days when we receive it and have no balance brought forward.)
i.e. if you purchased on the 1st of January 2007, you need to send in the bill that is dated around the 1st July 2007, and you will have until the 30th July 2007 to do so. This is 180 days (6 months) after connection.
Instalment 2 - You will need to claim 8 months from connection and you have 30 days from this date to submit your claim. Send us your claim form and monthly bill showing your name, address, mobile number and tariff you are connected to. (This bill must be no older than 28 days when we receive it and have no balance brought forward.)
Instalment 3 - You will need to claim 10 months from connection and you have 30 days from this date to submit your claim. Send us your claim form and monthly bill showing your name, address, mobile number and tariff you are connected to. (This bill must be no older than 28 days when we receive it and have no balance brought forward.)

Send us your claim form and monthly bill showing your name, address, mobile number and tariff you are connected to. (This bill must be no older than 28 days when we receive it and have no balance brought forward.)
Please note: the above calculations are based on the basic line rental of the tariff and do not include itemised billing.
Please note: You will be required to send your bills within defined date ranges based on the date your handset was connected and despatched. When you place a successful order these dates will be detailed in ‘your account’ linked on our website.
hopefully it will help other people, i certainly wasn't aware that you could log on and find this information and hey if it helps people get the money back i;m all for that.Listen to what people say, but watch what people what people do!!0 -
If you follow THOSE dates there's a damn good chance you're be sending you claims one month too soon. I'm afraid this isn't yet clear - and you definitely can;t trust whatever it says on your account (though having printed that out it would serve you well if needed in court). The dates do not correspond with either 1) the old E2Save t&c OR 2) the old Onestopphoneshop t&c - whose way of doing things became the norm when the pirce match deals appeared. "old" as in "pre". With the price match deals most people had WRONG dates on their accounts. Your response seems to be typical; trust the information and follow it and you'll be ok. I'll be VERY interested to know how you get on with this; if I do any of the "new" t&c deals I'll want a much more believeable understanding. Clear or not, that information looks WRONG! Relax if you want - I won't until I know precisely what they ARE doing in reality! In passing, anyone reading carefully will noptice that yet again the t&c you sign up to conflict with the dates they gave.0

maybe, but if its there in black and white I can't see how they can wriggle out of it, perhaps they will try, i've got no problems logging online to issue a small claims writ against them, i've actually screen printed each page from my account online. I can't do anymore than follow the information online, i still think i would win in court if the documentation supplied in the package was different to the online information, perhaps it will be the case that I have to issue them a court writ and wait a little longer for my money, true the rules are awkward to follow and its pretty obvious its been done for a reason, probably too many people got the other contracts right and they weren't making any money. I have documentation that came with the phone advising to check online under your account as pricematch deals have different terms and conditions.
I will post back to let everyone know how its going, but its going to be a few months before I can as I'm only a week into my contract.Listen to what people say, but watch what people what people do!!0 -
Er... it isn't a price-match deal.0

I agreed with mobilejunkie, the info in your log in a/c in wrong, you will be claiming one month too early. the above t&c should be the right one.
I also got one of this se w200i cashback deal, let's find out in 6 months time.0 -
Might want to watch and see if they start playing around with what it SAYS on those on-line accounts. ALWAYS print it off and save it or you may regret it later - especially all those believing and following what it says now! This is a well-worn path!0
