Result!!! Just had a phone call from lastminute.com, confirmed they will upgrade to Business Class.

Just checked on checkmytrip.com and they have upgraded my flights!

Dont forget to get it in writing.Especially as the flights are coming in at £1200 each!!!
your certain its business and NOT premium economy.Ive just done a premium eco for£321 !!.Business is anything from£1200 - £1500.
End of the day,your happy ,thats all that matters.!!

Jet only have 2 classes anyway; economy and business.

I did think it would take a while for them to sort it out, but I didn't even have to write to them, I was just in the process of drafting a letter!

So it does pay to complain, and hey I DID get a longhaul business class for £300! (Five flights actually - all the family are travelling!)

Once again, many thanks to all of you for words of wisdom and encouragement. :T

£300 for a £1425 (as advertised now on lastminute.com!) flight - now that is money saving!!! :j

Looks like an expensive mistake for lastminute, at the end of the day I think they had no choice. Enjoy the trip.
