i would have reported the excessive p&p but can't see that as an option from the drop downs...........

Re: OP: Contact paypal re the £3 - send them the email where the buyer says "opps it was the wrong price listed" - surly they can only go in your favour???

There's a 'report item' button on the right of the listing, then select listing policy breaches and take it from there.

I'm sure you are right about the paypal route, but TBH I'm not bothered about the £3 - I was trying to get the seller to do the right thing and he's obviously not going to so I'll just neg him, that will be far more effective.
Oh dear, here we go again.

  • Item has now been relisted, and guess what?...... Still the same inflated postage price.

So much for Ebay and their "Report this item", and would anyone even consider buying from such an obvious liar?

Green is not my colour anyway:rotfl:

Maybe ask 'If I bid and win can I collect in person'.
  • Ebay police having a good dose of the lime light.

    Nice.

I use ebay as a business as well as a private seller. Stupid sellers that take the mickey out of their buyers and out of the system affect my business, and that annoys me.

If ebay has one buyer thinking that all sellers are rip off merchants they will go elsewhere, if ebay lose buyers then I lose potential sales. It is simple business logistics. Therefore anyone who uses ebay properly should see this as a potential blight on their own sales and report.
