I am so happy this month has come to an end it has been tough. I know its not quite over but the working day nearly is!

Today we have made our big overpayment £2400, so there you go we're in the 60s it 'feels' long awaited as time isn't flying at the mo! This is a bit less than normal, I put £50 less in as I want to give my friend some money (which she might throw back at me but if she does I'll then over pay it hehe) and hubby is a bit short this month as we have car tax etc and he didnt get as much overtime as usual (tho this should go up again next month). Think we will be about £150 from this months target but were bit ahead anyway so for once I'm not gonna worry about it, won't change our time scale anyway!

We will only make the min credit card payment this month due to my little indulgence, which I will photo at some point:A

Looking forward to the payment coming out:rotfl: just coz I like working out all the interest, I hope february is a better and quicker month!!

Just been to see my 2 lovely expectant friends, made me extra broody and has cheered me up no end!! Hurry on weekend....
Expect will be food shopping at 10pm tonight as usual so will update with food bill if do:p

So our shop last night wasn't that great, we spent £53. Not sure really what went wrong. We went to sainsburys as I ripped the knee in my work trousers which retempted me to try and get the 800 nectar points when u spend £20, so I picked up about £30 worth of stuff for my little girl and then put it all back as the trousers were cheapy ones and not from the 'tu' range hence the voucher didn't work anyway. I think next week we will go back to asda, saying that it would have been alot more if I'd bought the clothes.

I have had an email from the shop and scan today and I've just received my yearly bonus which I forgot existed! So £20 in amazon vouchers have just been received. I've got to say I do think this is very worth while, as much as getting in and 10:30pm and scanning shopping has little appeal the rewards are worth it especially now hubby does the snacks on the go thing- thats a great earner! So I'm looking at my 'amazon voucher sheet' and I see I now have £105 in vouchers, I am happy with this and this will certainly knock 'some of the sting' out of the ipad when I buy it!!

Have a few surveys come along- a dog food diary for the next couple of days and a shopping diary for 3 weeks (wel thats hubbys) so hopefully should see some extra points heading our way, if I could get another £50 in vouchers for april I would be over the moon!!

I had £50 in lakeside vouchers that my mum very kindly spent yesterday tho some was on our little girl I think she wants to buy them tho I said I was happy to let her off that:rotfl: so again another £30 cash (minimum) which I am hoping might make up the mortgage deficit this month.

I got up earlier than I would usually like today because I wanted to get the second coat on a door i was painting- this would mean the door could be rehung today:j:j:j it has been off for a while:o. once the door is up our cloakroom could become an achievable room to finish decorating, I want to 1- hang a picture (found a photo off the net will use with the lighthouse as opposed to getting a holiday :() 2- create some sort of mirror thing 3- change the window 4- repaint the window sill after and that will be it done. We do alot of decorating but nothing ever gets quite finished (alot can't be finished due to impending extension), if we finish it it will be the second complete room, porch is the other one (so that makes the 2 smallest rooms done :)). I need to convince hubby to order the window which he would rather wait til next month but I can't see the difference when it goes on the card...

Hubby just woke up and said he dreamed he lost his job as it went down to a vote and only one person voted for him hehe (tho he said u only got one vote each so not so bad afterall haha)

Your amazon vouchers are adding up nicely! Decorating is a pain but so lovely when it's done - it's always a job i regret starting until it's all finished.

This was our little splurge, seems rude not to share....
My mum gave us £50 for the vouchers and wouldn't take less so will try and overpay that this week...
Tomorrow is normal payment day, my fave day of the month as I like working out the interest, will update then!
Yes Cath I love decorating, just fitting it all in isn't it... still plenty to do!
