I haven't been on this thread in forever!! Hello everyone how are you all doing??
I'm still book blogging and reviewing, but luckily have managed to stop buying any books!! I think I've maybe bought myself 2 this whole year! I still have a tonne to get through as I get at least 3 review books through the post every week, and my wee group of blogging friends all swap and share books as well.0 -
I haven't been on in ages, i'm doing well at the not buying part of this challenge but my to read pile isn't going down as i'm borrowing books from the library also my sister keeps passing on any she's read.Debt free, aim to be MF by 50 (Sept 2026)

I finished Robocalypse - really enjoyed it. Very well written and an interesting story. I liked how it was pieced together - a lot like world war Z pieced together the zombie war.
I have now started another library book - "Perfect Scoundrels" by Ally Carter. Will have to move onto some of the tbr pile soon or it'll never go down!No more buying books Books in 2016 = 20.

i finished another book:
#33 1001 Ridiculous Ways To Die by David Southwell 2/5
this was ok, but more of a dip-into-on-the-loo-book than a read-cover-to-cover book, so it got a bit samey for me.
i'll be donating it and i have also sorted out a handful of other books to rehome, so am feeling pretty pleased.
along with Company of Liars and Anita i have now picked up James Herbert's The Magic Cottage as i like to re-read it fairly regularly.Mortgage-Free WannabeMortgage at start [20/6/12]: £151,800/MFD Jun 2035 (age 65)Mortgage now [5/11/14]: £139,212.14/MFD Oct 2029 (age 59)Personal Library 2014:starmod: Read in 2014: 57/60 :starmod: In Progress: 2 :starmod: Books In: 94 :starmod: Books Out: 12 :starmod: TBR: 847 :starmod:0 -

I read The Magic Cottage regularly too! Ive had it since i was 19 and i'm now 45, its the one book that i've had the longest without donating it to charity.!! The book i'm waiting for is the next Adrian Mole. I love reading Sue Townsend!0 -
I know I read the magic cottage as a teenager but like most of the books I read at the time I don't remember it. I'll have to hunt down a copy.Crazy clothes challenge 2012 £105.50/£480 :jItems removed from wardrobe 16
