Luke I thought Amazon were one of the big companies who do not pay Uk tax yet your asking us to buy a book through them. Dosen' t make much sense to me. And I personally buy almost all of my books from charity shops. Sorry I can not afford to be supporting authors at the moment.Crazy clothes challenge 2012 £105.50/£480 :jItems removed from wardrobe 16

Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn
The Heart of Things by A.C. Grayling

Oh dear Pixie your not alone I think all us booklovers are struggling to stay on the straight and narrow. I too have to confess to two charity shop purchases. I got
White Oleander by Janet Finch
Random acts of heroic love by Danny Scheinmann
In my defense they were only 75p each.
Now that I'm reading loads more I've decided to reaquinte myself with the library however my local is tiny and dosen't have much choice so I went online to order some in from another library only to find for some reason my accounts been blocked.Crazy clothes challenge 2012 £105.50/£480 :jItems removed from wardrobe 16

After weeks of searching second hand shops for Gone Girl I've given in and ordered it from the book people had some codes so got the 3 book pack for just £4.49 delivered. Knowing my luck I'll see loads of second hand copies now.Crazy clothes challenge 2012 £105.50/£480 :jItems removed from wardrobe 16

i had arranged a loan of this from my step-sister and then found it in a local charity shop recently. i'm reading it now and so far so good.
in other news, i finished another book:
#27 The Book of Lost Things by John Connolly 5/5 (a keeper)
and picked up another from a table sale:
