Afternoon all.
Well, I did my weekly weight check on Saturday and found I've put on about 1/2 a kilo. I guess my bad week last week led me to over-eat more than I'd thought.I didn't eat particularly healthily over the weekend, either, but it's firmly back to being good today. I'll post my day's meals later, but I hope posting my intentions on here will make me stick to it!
mm99 - well done on your loss - that's brilliant! :TBack after a very long break!0 -
Hi All,
It's quiet on here! Well done Mousey and chin up CCP its a really small amount of gain for a bad week and todays a new week.
I'm on the waggon properly today so hoping to shift the 3lbs I've gained whilst on holidays (i also put on the same amount when I visited my mum in May for her birthday so this really does seem like deja vu!)
B: cereal single serving box with small amount of milk 155 cals
S: small banana 105 cals
L: mixed salad leaves with dressing in 1/2 a pitta bread 200 cals
S: crisps reduced fat & apple 170 calsnot sure yet but as above calorie intake is quite low I may save the stir fry for tomorrow and have sauages & veg tonight.

HI all,
Have given up weighing as the scales keep changing their mind by about 6lbs each time you get on them (same minute of the day too)
But my belly is smaller and my skirts aren't quite as tight as they were so I'm not too worried about the cranky scales. Might weigh at boots one day if I'm of a mind to.
Wasn't a good day today. There was lots of chocolate, a healthy lunch and then more chocolate and a jam doughnut - well it's easier to bite your tongue to your boss when your mouth is too full to speak
Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day - in mood, work and food
Well done to all the losers.working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
Evening all.
newlywed - I wish you hadn't said that about it being easier to bite your tongue when you've got your mouth full. I've got a horrible feeling I'm going to find myself using that line one day very soon! :rotfl:
My meals today:
B - small bowl granola cereal with raisins and semi-skimmed milk
S - two nectarines
L - sandwich with ham, lettuce and HM pickled cucumber; mini bag of mini cheddars; apple
D - ricotta, salami and veg calzone (not very healthy and not what was on my meal plan, but I just didn't feel like cooking and it was the first thing that fell out of the freezer)
Hopefully the day's healthy eating will balance out the blip tonight. I'll try and do better tomorrow.Back after a very long break!0 -

Hi all,
Been absent of late as I have been inundated with serious amounts of work so I've not been as controlled with food as perhaps I should be! Anyway, weighed myself this morning and havent put anything on so its given me the incentive to get back on track and stop eating extras like scones and biscuits that I dont actually want
B: Wholemeal roll with cream cheese
L: Leftover HM chickpea curry (no rice)HM chicken pie with steamed cauli, carrots, broccoli and cabbage
S: Nothing yet but I might have an apple later if I fancy it or get peckish
Hoping to shift a few more lbs over the summer0 -

Hi all!
I'm another who hasn't been posting here much lately - just too much to do all the time atm.
I've been eating healthily mostly and my weight is still at target so I'm pleased.
I got some delicious cherries from a market stall really cheaply and I've been nibbling those.
Weigh in tonight for me.
have a great day all xDo what you love :happyhear0
