    Morning all.

Weigh day for me today and that pound I thought I had lost earlier in the week is definitely still missing. :D That means I've now - finally - got to within 200g of my target weight, which I'm going to count as 'achieved'. :).

    Fantabulous News there CCP!

  • Wow! Well done to all on the Christmas challenge - some brilliant losses there.

    Today
B 2 slices toast with marg
L 2 slices toast with banana. Apple. Kiwi.
Why all the bread?-i am asking myself!
D - something not with bread! Maybe hm butternut squash curry (part of a batch cook!)

Enjoy what's left of your Friday!
  • Afternoon all :)

Hoping you are all well and happy

Ragz, STS this week so no smiley face but i feel better in myself with looser jeans and some new clothes in a size 12  I've never been a size 12 in my life!

    Food today:
B - skinny latte plus 2 slices of fruit bread
L - banana, small sushi box, crisps
    S - 2 tangerines
    D - erm, pizza :)

Going to be a washout weekend as i'm going home to my mum's and that always means lots of comfort food. However, the quest for another smiley should help keep things in check! :T

    Evening All,

Well I've stayed the same again this week. I blame the cold I've been fighting off as I've not been doing as much exercise as usual but eating as much. I've now started coughing so think I haven't got off as lightly as I'd hoped. Hopefully a good dose of cough mixture and an early night might help.

B: Poached egg on toast. Apple
    S: Cadbury's fudge
L: 2 ryvitas with cream cheese with garlic and herbs and cherry tomatoes. Apple. Small piece of homemade flapjack.
D: Chicken thigh, roast pepper, peas, new potatoes. Raspberries with Greek yoghurt.

Exercise: Very little today - just walking round the shops in a nearby small town on a trawl of the charity shops. I did get some good bargains though!

Sorry I havent been around but I've lost 8.5 lbs:j so the Christmas Challenge is going well. I do have 2 works do's in early December so could do with exceeding losing a stone as I need to lose 32lbs in total.

SF, your final total doesn't look too bad, with all those cals burnt from exercise! What"s your daily cal aim? Even if you've gone over that I'm sure you'll have burnt mire than you've taken in, based on 2000-2500 per day for normal activity :)

My daily cal aim is normally 1,000-1,200 so definitely gone over!
