Not by enough to gain though, I'm sure you'll still have a deficit for the day, just not as large as you were aiming for :cool:Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160

Some fabulous weight losses:T:T:T
I have lost half a pound which i am a little disappointed by if Im honest. However I have not had a good week and the past couple of days have been laid up so minimal exercise too. Anyway it could have been worse so just need to regroup and carry on xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
Morning all - some brilliant weight losses this week - congrats to all the losers! Weigh day for me today and, despite a very hit & miss week, I have lost 1.5 lbs and am back at 9st 2.5lbs, which is where I was 3 weeks ago before I put weight back on!! I am away on holiday tomorrow for 12 days so I hope to see a lot less of you all on my return! However, you will certainly be seeing a lot more of me I'm sure - it takes more willpower than I have got to resist the delicious Spanish buffets, tapas & glasses of Torres! I just hope I don't put too much back on again, though we do intend to do a bit of walking & swimming too, so that might help. See you all in about 2 weeks. Have a good w/e everybody!"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0

Morning all
weighed in this morning, 15st7.5 so 1lb gain. A big improvement on Tuesday's 16st3 though  no idea what was going on, I'm sure that can't all be water retention so maybe my scales were malfunctioning?
Onwards and upwards this week, DH and I have been to sign up at the gym this morning, induction booked for Monday night. There's a 3 month training consultation/review, so will see how much difference it makes by January
Today's meals:
Breakfast: none, too busy icing cupcakes for party!
Lunch: carrot soup and a roll
Afternoon: tea party for my nephew's 1st birthday
Dinner: just me as DH is out with the boys so will see what I fancy after an excess of party rings and hula hoops.Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -
Afternoon All,
Well done all those who have lost weight this week. The only thing I have lost is my voice! I'm croaking away today but feel a lot better than I did when I went to bed at 7.30 last night- coughing and spluttering. I'm still taking it easy on the exercise front so haven't done much today apart from walk to the shops. I've spent the afternoon cooking - a cake for DDIL's birthday and 3 spinach, mushroom and lentil lasagnes so far. I might make a shepherd's pie for DS and DH next as they don't like lasagne.
B: None as I didn't get up till 11 am as I was still feeling a bit ropey.
L: 2 ryvitas with cream cheese with herbs and garlic and cherry tomatoes. Apple.
S: Scraping the cake mixture out of the bowl.HM egg and chips. Raspberries with Greek yoghurt.
I've got work this evening but fortunately we don't start till 7 rather than 5 this week so only 3 hours or so to get through.
Exercise: Walk to the Co-Op and back ( about 0.6 of a mile).

Evening All
Well done on the fantastic weight losses.:j
Missed breakfast today as had to get 2 of my sons to footy training/match. Did quite a bit of walking whilst there, dropped one son off at his match dropped the other off at training, then returned to watch the match. At half time walked, a very uphill walk over playing fields to get son from training and walked back to finish watching the match, walked round the pitch as standing still for too long makes my back ache.
L one egg tomato omlette with salad.
s biscuit
T pepper, beansprout, onion, cabbage, greens stir fry
Might have a little treat later afterall it is saturday.:D

A terrible day food wise, was looking forward to a new experience but it left me feeling heavy and longing for something fresh. Surprised me, I didn't realise how much my eating habits had changed!
B - boiled egg with wm soldiers
L - Subway - cheese and herb roll with bacon, cheese and tomato filing. Not sure how it's become so popular but I thought it was a bit of a waste of money
T - chicken korma with keema naan. Ate a few mouthfuls and gave up, still bloated from the bread roll at lunch
Snacks - melon, satsumas
eta almost forgot the small piece of bread pudding I had with my afternoon cuppa
Back to normal tomorrow when DS returns oop norf. I'll miss him, hope I don't turn to comfort eating!
