Evening all - been quite good today after my binge on Wednesday. Well my Sunday morning weigh-in is looming and I do hope to have lost a least little bit!
My eats for today have been:
B - Porridge with mixed fruit compote
S - 2 satsumas
L - HM Tomato & Basil soup. 5 crackerbreads topped with tuna. Portion salad. SF jelly, mixed berries & FF yogurt.
S - small slice swiss roll (I know, naughty, naughty!) & small bunch grapes.
D - Smoked haddock, salad, sugar snap peas, HM wedges, slice Nimble bread. Light chocolate mousse & strawberries.
And so far I have resisted the temptation to open a bottle of wine!!

Sparrer - your list looks fine to me, if you were on SW then you would be doing fine - most of your food is the stuff classed as "free".
Anyway here's mine for the day - seriously not expecting any loss this week even though I've been a very good girl until today!
b: two boiled eggs with asparagus wrapped in salmon (1 syn for oil as the asparagus was fried)
s: melon and nana
l: prawns in black bean sauce with boiled rice- a very rare meal out with OH (5 1/2 ?)
s: apple
d: SW mediteranian chicken bake with courgettes and sweetcorn - and a large glass of wine (8)
So still within pointsworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
1lb gain this week. Not surprised, brioche binges and flapjack nibbling ... hopefully I will run it off next week, not going to let it put me off...June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

I'm expecting a gain this week too - have been really good all week then last night ate a huge portion of chips smothered in mayo, washed down with a few beers
Back on it today though, and weigh-in day is tomorrow so it's damage limitation from here on in.*** PROPHECY_GRRL****** DEBT FREE AS OF 17/10/11 - I DID IT!!! ***0 -
Well...my glass of wine last night turned into a bottle! but nevermind, it's out the fridge now and i don't need to be tempted by it again!
Got lots of walking planned for today, a good 2 hours i hope.
Food today hurmmm
B - Fruit and OJ
L - I think i'm going out with my dad, hopefully a salad
D - Carbonara with some garlic breadAnnual Grocery Budget £364.00/£1500

Well so much for my boasting last night! After posting I succumbed to a glass of wine (followed by another and then another!) and my willpower sort of disappeared along with the wine! Out came the crisps, followed by a cinammon and raisin bagel, toasted and spread liberally with butter!
I have just put a big pan of tomato, lentil and basil soup on to simmer. I will freeze this in portions - it makes about 10 - which should keep me going a while.
Todays menu is:
B - Porridge with mixed berry compote
L - Above soup and a salad sandwich in Nimble granary bread. WW fromage frais with berries.
D - Grilled chicken (in mango marinade) with big salad and new potatoes. Strawberries and Light choc mousse.
Trying to avoid snacks (ha some hope!) in view of weigh day tomorrow! I don't expect to have lost anything, I just hope I haven't gained!!"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0 -
this is saturdays menu
2 slices of granary bread with 2 fried eggs fried in smidging of olive oil,
for lunch very very hot chilli con carne i make it myself and i put loads of onions and garlic in it, my OH said it would kill him if he ate it , he suffers with pancreatitis and almost everything seems to upset it, but fortunately for me my stomach is like cast iron,
tea : fruit
i couldnt resist weighing myself this morning and i'm just hovering over 13 stones, i will be happy to get below the 13 stone mark,
