Hi all,
Well I had a really good week but fell off the wagon last night because I was fed up stuck in work late when everyone else was home enjoying the sunshine
Today I'm back on course after doing 4 hours really heavy-duty gardening, then dragged OH out for a brisk 45 minute walk along the prom in the sunshine.
B: 2 wholemeal toast with light cream cheese (no butter)
L: Mozzarella, black olives, vine toms and green pesto in toasted wholemeal sandwichVegetable curry with basmati rice and 2 poppadoms
Hoping this might help kick start a loss as its been a bit stagnant so far0 -
I've stayed the same this week
and today hasn't been great at all...

hi all, been fairly good the last few days. Lots of walking, gardening, hanging out of washing.
Not lost anything all all again though.working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
No loss for me either and I can't walk today after the gardening yesterday so I didn't get out on my bike as I had planned
B/L: 2 wholemeal toast with light cream cheeseHM veggie lasagne with large side salad, corn on the cob and a few small pieces of garlic bread
I'm really hoping that something starts to shift soon, its soul destroying when you deny yourself nice things and don't see the benefit0 -
Hi there peeps. Can I join you? Have to lose 3 stone asap. But really need to get started for a big formal dinner 10th May. 1 month. Agghhhh. Managed 2 stone to get married but it and more has crept back on. Was hoping to wear wedding dress for the dinner, but realise that is not going to happen. However, I refuse to turn up feeling like a blimp. Starting tomorrow - bf planned - yog and raspberries.GC Mar 13 £47.36/£1500

Morning all, I haven't posted my eating for a while as it has been awful and I haven't kept a track of what I've had. BUT the last 3 weekends of hard work are over and now I should be able to STOP SNACKING!!!
Did a online shop this weekend so I have fruit and l/f yogurts in the house so my work days should be ok.....
So good to see everyone else struggling, and I really didn't mean that the way it could be taken!! more its good to not be alone.
I've had far to much wine lately so now the house is full of flavoured waters, squash and herbal tea bags, so with the nice weather I should be able to stop the alcohol.
Today:
B; last of shreddies with s/s milk
S: kiwi fruit
L: last of carrot & c HM soup with crust of bread, l/f yogurt
S: clemetine
S: crisps (to eat before I get in the house to stop me raiding the cheese and spicy sausage!)pork stirfry
Plan for Tue - Fri
B: single pack of cereal or 2 toast with r/sugar jam
S: apple or clemetine
L: sandwich with l/f yogurt
S: necterine
S: crispsproper meal of 600 - 700 calories

It was a good weekend, salads (with bbq chicken....) and fruit (frozen in ice cream) and walks. Sunshine diets...followed by sitting in a NT garden reading a book - lovely
Today:
Bfast - one slice of toast and marmalade eaten in car (ok ok I forgot the alarm)
Lunch - cheese salad with baby beets
Tea - veggie casserole (clearing out the fridge and seemed a good cheap meal)
Snack - mandarins in jelly
