Sharloid is there any reason why No-S wouldn't work for you? Could you save your baking for the weekend?
I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)

    Morning All

Congratulations bramble1 :j you must be feeling fantastic fitting into previously non-fitinaable clothes. I think that's the thing I'm looking forward to - getting the big bag of 'haven't fitted me for a couple of years' clothes down from the loft.

Had a good weekend, lots of walking and lots of cleaning the gunky windows/frames/sills and washing the manky curtains when DS was at work yesterday. Must've burned of millions of calories!

Bought some salad seeds from W!lk0$ - 2 lots for £1.96. will sow them this week. According to the pack, I will see results after just 2 weeks! Not holding out much hope as I seem to be the Typhoid Mary of the gardening world!

    Today's doings/yet to be done
Br- M0rr!$ons value w33tabix, milk & sug (no indigestion yet, yaaay)
    Sn - pear
Lu - HM tomato soup, brown roll
    Sn plums, l/f yog
D - HM cottage pie mmmmmmmmm, mushy peas, carrots

walking - none this morning, was a bit late had to catch bus
    - will pop out lunctime for 20 mins or so and 20 mins after work

    Tuesday's plan
    Br - porridge & fruit
    Sn - bananan
Lu - ham & salad sarnie
    Sn - pear, l/f yog
D - egg, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, bubble & squeak

Walking - half hour brisk lunchtime walk with colleagues and hopefully 20 mins in the morning and after work

    B - Cereal & Skimmed milk
    S - Banana
    L - Cup a soup & melba Toast
    Pear
    S - M*ller L*te
D - Steak pie (minus puff pastry), potatoes n veg
    Water - 2-3 litres

Good luck to all the noobs and well done to those still sticking to it/losing x

    Hi All

    Can I join you?
I have put on just too much weight over the years, It is now time to do something about it.
    I have 2 dogs, so I walk a lot (between 1 and 2 hours a day).
I do have an underactive thyroid and am on thyroxine daily for this.
I need to cut out the takeaways, and cook more from scratch with healty foods, no excuses I just got lazy.
I would appreciate any support and encouragement as I need to lose about 5 stone (70 lbs) ouch!!!

Hi, welcome, one of the things I find helps is putting the equivelent weight I have lost in a bag and seeing how much it is, I have lost 15lbs so far, and am feeling much better. good luck.

Pear turned into a plum when I opened the bag. To be fair, it was probably a plum the whole time.
