    S: R/FAT crisps & a square of choc - 150 cals
L: cheese & coleslaw on brown + citrus drink - approx 600 cals

how many calories in anger? I was so cross at lunch time I'm sure I burnt some extra calories!:D

Will go for a walk in a hilly wood tonight with the dog and hopefully burn off my extra weight, I am now determined to get down to 10 stone ASAP, I've been messing around this year and should already be at my goal weight.

Hi Esther, 2 small fruits - such as kiwi - is generally classed as one portion. 1 large tomato will be the same equivalent as 2 small ones etc etc.
    Hope that answers your question.
    Murph

Thanks Murphy, that's what I thought but wondered if I could get away with one kiwi. Glad one tomato could count.

Oh and Sainsburys have had 2 for £1 on warburtons crumpets and have got 4 packs this week so far. Seriously need a kick up the bum.

Would it be really bad, and not at all helpful, if I said that all sounded delicious??!

Yesterday did great with meals but then ate the walnut whip my OH bought me (no willpower). No exercise.

    Today

    Bfast - weetabix
    Lunch - egg salad
Tea - fish, cauliflower, broad bean and broccoli bake
Snacks - Nairn biscuits at work

Exercise - I am clearing out my DS room and moving all his many boxes of books, so hope that counts!

            Hi all,

Still feeling the urge to snack but trying to keep it sensible :)

B: Toasted wholegrain bagel with light cream cheese

L: Feta, green bean and feta salad with fresh lemon and olive oil dressing

D: Scouse with 1 slice granary bread

            S: Medium skinny cappuccino

The weekend will probably be quite tough as I will be with friends that I haven't seen for a long time so no doubt there will be lots of food and drinks but I will try to keep it to a minimum without being a killjoy ;)
