weezl - can I have an idea of what the lemon juice and bicarb drink will be? Is it made up and stored or made up every day. Not sure if it will make a difference but thought I'd ask now while you seem to be online

I don't think it's cheating.... All the meals will cost below the amounts we've said still...

The phrase "speculate to accummulate" is coming to mind here - which means I would think that is reasonable "accommodation" for the sake of longer-term economy.

"porridge 5 days a week" - hmmm....well I tend to have it everyday:) - so theres obviously an element of peoples different personal tastes there - so - it would be good if there is any "room for manoeuvre" to allow for that?:)

Was going to make a batch of cordial and then freeze as ice cubes for easy dolloping in a cold drinkie for extra Vit C

Maybe raisins could be bought from some other store instead then? Would that maybe help?

Reason being = I think that stores are in process of phasing out using trans fats - so maybe one store still has them, but another store might have phased them out for that same product?
