I have only heard one child going to Wellington. He had 102. Quite a few from our school had applied but I haven't heard about them yet. My son is getting a bit sick of continually asking what such and such a person got. :rotfl:

Are all these uniforms going to still fit in September? My son must drink miracle gro as he gets bigger every week. I did go for a tie but both shops had closed so that will wait until another day.

Warnocks lisburn road, give you 10% discount and let you change it for a bigger size nearer the time if you need to:D

What's all this going to get ties, uniforms malarchy? Schools don't start until late August.

I asked my son did he want to go and get an Inst tie or get the new Linfield away kit. He looked at me like I wasn't right in the head and said "seriously Dad?".

Headed down to Podium 4 Sport to get him the kit and mentioned it was a treat for getting into his new school. We got 15% discount for being an Inst pupil. :T:T:rotfl:

Grosvenor have a night on 21 June where you order the tracksuit etc for PE. Other than that I'll wait until beginning of August before I buy uniform.

Know of a girl with 94 getting to Wellington. Just concerned about a wee mate who got 92.

ladyb1rd, Assumption was my old school, oh, the memories! Kingston, as you know, we went and let her try on everything and and then put down the deposit, the girl who was dealing with us (who was lovely, btw) said they had been v busy all morning. At least I know what they need and how much I've left to pay etc. My daughter, who is not very sentimental or excitable made her daddy put the picture of her in her wee uniform as the screen saver on his phone! I've had a lovely evening filling in forms and reading the bumpf we got sent, ahhhh, bliss - and I'm not being sarcastic!

We got a welcome pack from BHS and have been told we have to attend with our son one evening in June to sort paperwork out and for him to meet his classmates. We are in a bit of a pickle because our daughter is in the All Ireland Championships for Irish dancing in Dublin at that time and we have booked and paid for hotel and everything. Also, its a pretty big deal for her to miss it. Don't know what we are going to do!!
