I'm reading Me! I don't have any advice on CCCS as I haven't been down that route but keep up with the diary!

Bank of Scotland = £2,782.830 -

Hi All
I have at last got some positive news - one of my creditors will accept the payment but have sent it to a collection agent. Although good news it is the smallest by far of my debts.
Anyway onwards and upwards................
I am about to ring the CCCS to ask about M&S and Egg.
I will post again tolet you know what they say...
Take care all

Well?????
(You see there are people out here;) )A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
Mortgage Balance = £0

Aw..... Ali - thanks for reading it too!!
Yes I did call CCCS and did as they advised. I rang Egg and got them to note on their system that the payment will be the 25th of each month. The lady at Egg (very pleasant) said that payments from CCCS always come in on the 25th but it had probably just set the payment to be a month from when they processed the letter ie the 20th. I can stop worrying over that one.
The M&S is more difficult - I was advised that the payment cannot be altered and it is common for a default notice to be issued and the debt will be sold on to a collection agency. We will still keep the payments at the set level until the review at 6 months.
I am still getting automated phone calls from NatWest - I have been hanging up as it is a computer driven voice thing and I requested that all communication be in writing. I have also heard about Voice Fishing - like the email fishing scams but through the telephone and this automated systems sounds a lot like this.
Thats all for now........
Oh nearly forgot - banked another cheque from ebay today only £5.00 but every little helps.

Hello everyone...
How are we all tonight? Melting in the heat...... we have had another thunder storm and it is still as hot............
Never mind I am not complaining as I dislike the cold ..... a thyroid thing....
Anyway on the DFW from I have now received my first letter from bad old Mr T' stating that they will issue a default notice if they recreive no payment by the 4th August. Why do they never acknowledge written responses... I wrote at the begining of the month and they cashed the cheque so I know it got there.
Anyway off to pay the first CCCS payment tomorrow.......here starts another chapter in my life.
I have also changed topics for my dissertation and started a new lit search. Plan to start writing 250 words a day --- mmmm we will see.
Hope you are all ok.

Hello everyone.
I hope you all had a good weekend and a df too - I didn't, I had a chinese but DD didn't like hers so I finished if off for lunch on Sunday.
A friend came to visit on Saturday and it was so nice to just chill out. I also paid the deposit for a medieval night out in the autumn, I was planning to say I couldn't go but we worked out how I could get a cheaper dress and that I wouldn't need much money on the night. Anyway I paid - bad I know but I don't go out on a monthly basis let alone a weekly one!!!
The sheds have been demolished and the house is tidy but have I written any of my dissertation - er no... I have done loads of thinking, reading and finding out information. but writing - no.
I have paid my first payment to CCCS - it feels really good - more in control.
The rent has been paid and the mortgage is due in a few days and then I can feel the buget is on course.
Take care all

Hi
Its me again......
Does anyone know how to get the smiliy things to work? I can only see a few and if I click on the button at the top nothing happens.....
Well has it been DF day - again no
But I have withdrawn enough money to buy a memory stick (for dissertation) and to pay the milk bill.
I also took back some very pricey flip flops that were starting to fall apart after 3 weeks and worn twice. Got a full refund after declining an offer of exchange for something else.
Posted more DD forms so that bill can be paid through bank.
So all in all a good day. Still to write my 250 words but will do it after tea.
Bye for Now
